1. Are there any additional tips and tricks for Void and Trance?

Power Void towards the end of the webpage of Void it states *FEEL* the energy breath in and expand the aura.

2. How can I do that without automatically visualizing the aura expanding and the energy coming in?

3. Isn't the entire point of the left side to be conscious and think/imagine meditations?

Or is the right side that different that if I were to successfully place myself in a trance that it should come to reason that it works much better than merely the way I meditate with my logical side.

4. Also is meditation only done in a trance?

5. Finally on hypnosis of the self do I speak in my mind or out loud to program myself? For example: I'd like to program my consciousness to dive back to the same spot I was the prior time and make it easier and easier till I've engaged the appropriate level of trance. Basically trance triggers as they call them.

6. How can I more appropriately reprogram my mind to delve into such hypnotic/trance area?

I have a few tricks for Void meditation that work extremely well and you stack it with other meditations. The first method is for at home and being good at breathing exercises will help a lot. The main part being not blacking out or getting extremely dizzy while doing breathing exercises. Its not 100% necessary to do crazy breathing techniques it just enhances the process. Particularly the ability to hyper ventilate without getting dizzy or blacking out.

Mandatory disclaimer: If you are new to breathing exercises try to do them where you won’t pass out and hit your head on anything.

If you are good at breathing exercises, you can do a quick body exercise workout and with each rep do a full inhale and exhale. For example do body weight squats and with each rep take a full breath. I found 50 squats and then 50 good mornings (Basically a full standing bow) while keeping the core tight helps warm up the body for sitting and oxygenating it. Try to do a reasonably fast rep without hurting yourself. Its not about the exercise so adjust the reps as needed. This can also help wake you up in the morning done on its own. Another option is the Wim Holf method, its not necessary to push the WHM breathing exercise to the limits. The goal is to flush out the co2 and hyper oxygenate the body.

The heart rate might be a little high if you did the squats/good mornings. The next step is to move into the normal mediation to get the chakras flowing. I like using Laum, Vaum, Ruam, Aum, Haum, Yaum and Maum, x7 sets (minimum). You could vibrates runes, any mantra or rtr or anything that involves breathing and vibration. Then commune with the Gods or do any working that is non verbal.

Once you are done with the main active mediation its time for the Void mediation. Take ~5 full breaths and the exhale and then hold for ~5 seconds for a few sets. On the last set DON’T exhale and hold instead switch to a very minimal breathing, minimal inhale and exhale. Keep the body as still as possible. Doing the full breath breathing exercises should keep the body highly oxygenated requiring minimal breathing for maintenance. While doing minimal breaths try to keep the mind and body still. (Note: if you eat a lot of food before this meditation it might keep your heart rate kinda high making it more difficult to calm the body).

The body will actually think you are asleep while the mind is wide awake if done correctly and send jolting signals to test if you are awake. This is normal ignore them. Another problem you might encounter is the body slouching. One method to avoid this is to keep pressure on one part of the body as a distraction so the body knows you are awake. The proper way would be to master an a sitting asana. If you can manage to hold your awareness in this state it becomes very visual but easy to wander.

The shallow breathing method works almost flawlessly for myself but requires to body to be overly oxygenated. The Wim Hoff Method is a little extreme but it does allow people to do extremely long breath holds. That is something worth practicing on the side without pushing it to the absolute extreme limits and in a safe environment where you won’t hit your head, the goal is to build a tolerance to breath-work without blacking out. Personally like the WHM I just don't use it very often.

Method 2: This might not technically be Void meditation, it operates in the same space. This seems to jack up the chakras naturally in a way where people physically react them without knowing what they are seeing. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on things I shouldn’t of but just happened to be where my chakras where opened or working among other responses. It also seems to make people I suspect to be jews very uncomfortable and even fearful for no reason almost like walking RTR (Can’t verify this part yet). I have examples but I’m not going to list them because post is getting way too long.

I prefer to do this method after the first, but its not necessary and this method is done while walking. Basically it turns walking into yoga system such as Kriya or Hatha. On your face there are a bunch of chakras and there are also the 5 senses. Focus on where you feel the center of your consciousness/awareness (somewhere in the middle). While walking try not to be too attached to anything seen or experienced, just aware of what everything is and what you are doing without bias.

Take a few minutes of walking to get into this state of mind and try to clear your mind as you would in a Void mediation without crashing to into anything. Once you start to enter this state look at some trees or bushes depending on what is in the surroundings. Instead of focusing on the leaves and branches look through them with the center of your awareness at the empty space in-between. It doesn’t have to be trees, personally I find them the easiest to do this with.

Your physical eyes perceive 3d in a stereoscopic fashion. If you use the method correctly everything will pop into a true 3d. Its one of those things that once you see it you can’t un-see it. I suspect this is because you start using your chakras with the physical eyes to see. Doing this for a few minute should get you into a deep state of meditation and get the chakras naturally open. People react differently while holding this state, its also easy to wander in a out of it while walking. If the state drops just focus on the empty space of the trees again

One major advantage to walking in this state versus a sitting Void mediation is you can think about things from that innate wisdom in a deep thought and its a great way for self-reflection and trying understanding the deeper lessons. Lessons and insights pop into the head while walking and maybe a message or two. Like I said it may not technically be Void mediation when walking but it feels like Void mediation. Its very practical meditation once learned. It will get you into a deep trance state effortlessly with a bit of practice, in a way you are immune to hypnosis practicing Void. Hypnosis requires giving up your awareness but Void mediation works by enhancing your awareness if that makes sense. Hypnosis works on the Body's consciousness, when you practice Void it works on the non-physical side consciousness. The non-physical consciousness is enhanced and it can be used to override the Body consciousness. Most people operate in the body consciousness and are therefore vulnerable to hypnosis. There is a better way to explain this my apologies for any confusion.

I apologize for the length of this post but I hope it can help someone and I am interested is how this could relate to heroin addiction. Hoodedcobra666 mentioned trying to understand drug addiction.

I guess my post got edited for making a bad association so the last part doesn't make sense. I thought Void meditation could help with addiction and was asking about it the wrong way. Ignore the last bit, I don't see an option to edit my post.
