I know what you mean, but the motivation is totally different from Jooz, although it may look similar on the surface as a sort of superiority complex and treating them as non-human/animals—or "goyim" essentially.

However, you have to understand that they are an "entropic force" (i.e., lead to degeneration) and have to be treated akin to a cancerous tumor. And so, they have to be dealt with in a swift, cutthroat, and no-nonsense manner whilst still adhering to certain moral and ethical codes. Otherwise, they will drag the rest of us down into the dirt with them, as they are already doing quite successfully, which ultimately lead's to humanity's downfall.

Other than what others here have already said, the clear cut difference in definitions would be that "goyim" is based on genetics and racial identity, that of "not being a jew".
The term "andrapod" refers instead to uninitiated people, so it's about wisdom and spiritual advancement.
I'm not positive but I think an andrapod can evolve into a Human. And it's not like we wish them harm, unlike the jews do.
