My mind is always cloudy. I feel like i could think deeper and be more creative but its like there is something blocking and I can’t reach there. What can I do about this?
I don't know how to overcome this limitation and it locks up quickly.
From my personal experience, hatha yoga meditation and meditation on the upper chakras plus abandoning discursive thinking too much has helped me a lot.
Do a dopamine detox
Eat the right amount, leave 30% of your stomach empty
Try to sleep well (difficult if you work long hours from Monday to Monday)
