I am practicing Kundali Yoga, and every day I feel the serpent in the middle of my spine, and it seems like it talks to me every time I delay the practice (kundalini yoga). It literally feels like a hungry animal, and if I don't feed it I feel a kind of anguish throughout my spine... Is this crazy?

Not crazy. You probably feel the back extension of your sun charka, right? Anyways, these are good symptoms, But it's not necessary the kundalini, but a pre-stage, where the pathway for it is being cleaned.

Isn't that the kundalini? Wow, just practicing it makes me feel an extreme heat all over my body and spine. Imagine the real snake...
While we're at it, which is the real snake, the middle channel or the two snakes spinning around? Well, it is said that before ascending the snake you raise your sexual energy...

Yes.

The two snakes ascend in the Ida, Pingala Nadis, and the middle is the Sushama, which is the pole of them. Energy ascends in all three, so you can consider all three to be the part of the Kundalini.

I don't know how advanced you are, but rising the Kundalini is a very advanced stage. First you will experience things that you experience now, and even feel energy going up in these nadis, which you might feel strongly, but when your Kundalini rises, you'll know this, and you should be already be able to communicate with your guardian at that time.
