Yeah, personally I'm quite sure stopping meditations was the stupidest thing Ive done all my life. I ended up in a depressive stupor for months after and I finally realized that it was because I stopped. Went to the gym again and beat that 715 with 620 this time. Feels good to say the least...

Thanks for the reply, but I think its still opened slightly. I tried redoing the initial meditation on it, but I felt nothing. However when I do other meditations on it I can feel it. Never hurts to ask others I guess lol. Hail Satan!!
