i dont care who is or is not at fault. there is much better ways of dealing with issues then the way this was handled. it just needs to stop.   

Its not the enemy you just need more practice, also its different for everyone. I meditate in my rocking recliner chair. If it is uncomfortable during meditation then make your self comfortable that is very important.
