In many conversations people use more the name Satan than Lucifer; i personally like to use name Lucifer more. Also i know that Satan means adversary and that's not a name, is that right? If it is, then does anyone know His true name?
And finally how about calling it Luciferianism, is it the same as Satanism?

Youve been decieved. That it means adversary is HEBREW. Reread the homepage on joyofsatan.org it should say that it means ETERNAL TRUTH and that that is sanskrit a language older than hebrew.

So no it is obviously not the same.

Because Satan means the enemy or the opposer in the Hebrew language and Satan IS the enemy of the jews so he doesn't mind it it's not a bad thing. Also Satan originally meant truth in Sanskrit which predates Hebrew. Do not feel bad about calling Satan, Satan as you're not Jewish so you're obviously not his enemy but like i said he is enemy of the Jews. Also Satan told Maxine he doesn't mind being referred to as Satan because of The above I believe. He has been known with many names in our history, so it is very ok to call him Lucifer. Satan in Hebrew means "adversary" and that´s because Satan is the adversary/enemy that destroys the dreams of Jews.

Luciferians are not Satanaists- they are cometely different. Yes they believe in Lucifer as a guardian opposed to yahweh but they only believe in Him as a deity. There is 0 spirituality. No meditations or talking to Him. They just believe not really Him as the devil but as the true God. They kinda just view Him as God and that's all. They don't know the whole truth. Satan in Sanskrit is Truth and Sanskrit is older than hebrew. It's one of the oldest languages in the world. And Satan is His name. When asking an enemy they have to swear in Satan and nothing else. Satan is one of his oldest names here on earth, he has been called by that name for as long ago as 6000+ years back, when the Aryan people who back then still lived in the far east, around india still spoke origional Sanskrit.

As other members have said, Satan means Eternal Truth in Sanskrit, the oldest known language here on earth.

Hebrew is only a couple thousand years old in contrast and the language was stolen from origional ancient Aryan languages, such as Sanskrit, Ancient Greek and the ancient Summerian language among other things.

Whatever something means in hebrew is seen from a jewish perspective, Satan meaning adversary is the language of the jews simply shows that it means just that to the jews. The jews being the eternal enemy of all Gentile people, coupled with the fact that the name Satan was revered by Gentile Aryans for thousands of years before any jew even spoke a single word, now proofs that Satan is in fact one of the oldest names of the true God of the Gentile people and one of his highest names, it is the highest title reserved for the greatest of all the Gods.

Eternal Truth. Satan is Truth.

Lucifer is a name only a couple thousand years old, it's probably fine to call him that, but that name is often used in the biblie and if I'm not mistaken was first given to him by either xians or jews, origionally comming from the biblie, before gentile people started using that name.

If anything Satan, Enki, or perhaps his Egyptian name Ptah, or his Norse name Odin/Wodan or even Loki, or any other of the namy names he has been called in the ancient past is better suited to use than Lucifer.

But that is just my opinion, I do not know Satan's personal preference. He has stated he doesn't have a specific preference as far as I am aware, correct me if I'm wrong though.

To me his name is Satan and I proudly revere my Eternal God by this name, as our Ancestors have done thousands of years ago long before any jew ever set foot on the planet.

There was a time when the name used to Denote Characteristics of People. And that is how you were identified. By your characteristics. These days, names have become fashion. You are given names that are generally opposite to your personality.
