Why only sometimes I feel the buzz

Guys when I meditate, a few times I feel the buzz, other times I don't, why is it like that?

How do I always feel a good strong buzz or tingling everytime?
 
Either increase the number of certain used Runes (don't burn yourself!!), do hatha yoga, or any yoga at all (just don't hurt yourself), spend more time on each meditation.

If a meditation you're doing lasts 10 minutes, increase it to 15 minutes, but make sure to not over do it, strain yourself or hurt yourself in any way. Regardless, keep meditating if you feel the buzz or not.
 
Maybe you are advancing and need to try increasing hold times if you're comfortable with it.
I, for example, with Sun and Moon Breath ended up increasing my nostril inhale time to 6 seconds and holding the breath for 10 seconds before breathing out the alternate nostril for 6 seconds.

I get my best energy buzz when doing breathing exercises before my Hatha Yoga session and my bliss comes to me in the Hatha Poses. Especially as I finish in Corpse Pose.

Things fluctuate at different times. HPS Maxine explained that is normal.

Also, sometimes it is Astrological too. Chanting SURYA, RAUM or even APOLON on a Sunday when the Sun is in Aries or Leo during the hours of the Sun is always a more powerful feeling than doing it at any other time.

if the times can vary from being equal, then i can do any ratio? any combination for inhale, hold and exhale? the only requirement for it to be considered alternate nose breathing is to inhale, hold and exhale through the alternate nostrol and repeat? or will it turn into some other breathing exercise? because i want to use it for balancing my soul, i don't want it to turn into some other breathing exercise which doesn't balance my soul.

The above is an example from JOS main. I plan to try the above today after work. I would recommend experimenting with inhale/hold/exhale times and to be sure to listen to your body and not push yourself. Alternate nostril will still be alternate nostril as long as the basic guidelines from JOS are adhered to. I would suggest trying the above quoted times and adjust as it fits to your needs as we are all individuals.

If you feel like your soul is out of balance, may I suggest this?

Also be sure to clean your soul, aura, and chakras daily, and always do a strong AOP as the spiritual war intensifies. Be certain to do daily chakra spinning and void mediation. I believe it was Guardian Blitzkreig who said that a clean aura and chakras are cornerstone to advancement as SS. Mine needed intense cleaning in the past and I was unaware of it. It is paramount to clean one's aura after working RTR as well or the residual negative energy will cling to your soul and make you feel out of balance or worse.
 
This is normal. Even years down the road this can happen sometimes if one is very tired, or ill for example. Some people even can be further in the path and some days things and sensations can be "off".

Just proceed and you'll get the hang of it.
