Maybe you are advancing and need to try increasing hold times if you're comfortable with it.
I, for example, with Sun and Moon Breath ended up increasing my nostril inhale time to 6 seconds and holding the breath for 10 seconds before breathing out the alternate nostril for 6 seconds.

I am about to start this method from above link: "For advanced meditators, the times can vary from being equal, for example, a ratio of 2 on the inhale, 8 on the hold, and 4 on the exhale, but this must be consistent throughout the meditation."
I get my best energy buzz when doing breathing exercises before my Hatha Yoga session and my bliss comes to me in the Hatha Poses. Especially as I finish in Corpse Pose.
