I like this idea very much. I dislike the excessive cursing and abrasiveness that is so predominant online. People do not write like they speak. I find this to be a problem because it simplifies any given topic in the extreme. This reduces the level of understanding to that of a toddler's, and the point never gets across.

People should just sacrifice a few minutes and write out their point instead of condensing it into profanity and slurs. This way, they will get their point across and a conversation can take place. Venting one's feelings is also best done by clearly describing how one feels. Just throwing a 'fuck' out there, for example, is not cathartic but self-perpetuating and adds nothing of value.

Also, imagine if people spoke like they write online; their life-expectancy would drop immediately.
