I know it's different for everyone but what do you experience?
My body goes tingly. My face, back, hands, eyes & jaw can barely stay open.
It used to happen really early in my meditations but now it takes longer to happen with the need for more advanced meditations.
I'm also not breathing crazily heavily either.
So now whenever I meditate I'm trying to get myself to that feeling. I wait until the end to do this as I'm more warmed up and already completed my Chakra stuff.
It feels great but is this something I should be doing? I just want to make sure I'm not siking myself out with a potential rookie mistake or somethin.
