What Shiva showed me about anxiety

Just wanted to briefly share something Shiva showed me recently about anxiety. Perhaps someone can benefit from it.

When viewing a person clairvoyantly who is in a state of anxiousness or panic, the atoms and molecules buzz around erratically. It is a state of energy bouncing around incoherently, without much purpose or direction. It just is kind of chaotic. When Shiva touches the anxious person, the anxiety seems to melt away. The anxiety doesn't go anywhere, it is simply that the person's vibratory field is brought into coherence and structure- it no longer is buzzing and bouncing around erratically as before. The experience can be one of harmony, peace and even bliss. As to how this may be applied or interpreted, I leave to the individual.

I am not saying this is incorrect.

However, we can all accomplish that experience without having to be "touched" by Shiva in the literal sense:

In fact, we are all "touched" by Shiva when we vibrated his name of  AUM. This mantra accomplishes the experience you described, and to me, that is the true meaning to be touched by God.

Yes indeed it does! That mantra specifically came up during his visit with me. Vibrated properly, it accomplishes what I described.

Goes to show how the yin energies help calm anxiety, then. Thanks for sharing.

Ah, it's technically a masculine/yang energy. The kind that organizes and structures matter into form from chaos. So in this analogy I was shown, the anxiety or panic in a person is like a state of chaos: bouncing all over, no structure, displaced and behaving erratically. The Masculine comes in and structures it, organizes it. When the energy is brought into resonance, it is no longer anxiety and has now become harmonized. I was shown this in a woman who suffers from anxiety. When the Father, who is like a pillar of strength touches her, the chaotic anxiety harmonizes back into a soothing state of peace and bliss. It's the Father who organizes, brings stability and security. See the feminists when they are marching and screaming hysterically in the streets? It's because they have no Father! In fact they hate the Father and want to destroy him. So they run around, consumed in a state of chaos with no Father to organize, structure, or direct them. Such women will rarely if ever know peace. Very sad to see. I hope it changes.

The conclusion is very correct, and it is a harmony vs. disharmony situation regarding anxiety, yet you have to understand that this is a tool, a compass one has. Some people think that their compass is not functioning properly and they "just have" anxiety and so on. That is not true, it is just at a level where one hasn't acted to resolve their issues, of control, all being a process of building one self and life at first.

If one takes in to the idea that this can be fixed by just some energy, this is just like a temporary fix. No different than taking a medication, which will falsely lead you to believe that all is fine. Clearely, not all is fine.

One should first understand that yes, this can be fixed, yes this is not a default state you have to exist in and yes you have work to do to untangle it. Suddenly this anxiety is a motion stimulant, suddenly you understand that all of it is stress you can manage and doing so, it becomes a reward by solving it.

As much as anxiety is a false state to have non stop, so it is the one in bliss out of your mind. Both States if not used in creative ways to act or produce something for yourself and others, are just stagnant traps, and they become illusions.

What is needed is controlled super-optimism while being realistic and able of critical thought, always pushing for the best, aware of ones internal situation. In time all will calibrate and you will find your solid ground to walk on.

Very cool! So, what of the scenarios where feminine energies are used to achieve the same? If you had to guess, hypothetically. Since Shiva is the 3 in 1, wouldn't this calm be both a restructure and reorganization AND a stillness and relaxation?

I’ve seen Shiva before but as a Joyful dancer who actives energy and makes it take form. The Sanatana Dharma tradition teaches realty is a dance. It was a more feminine energy, I believe that the masculine structure calm and bliss is needed before the joyful dance can take place and anxiety may be a corrupted inharmonious active state where as joy is a harmonious pure active state.

I know that the crown Chakra is above the penal gland in the soul so maybe that is because the bliss state is necessary for joy to arise?

To answer your first question regarding feminine energies to achieve the same result (I'm assuming by same result you mean a relief from anxiety), I'm not entirely sure. I don't think it's a one-size fits all. It depends on the individual. What works for one may not work for the other. What Shiva showed me was for a specific woman and her situation, but I was also shown how Shiva works in general through that, mainly his organizing and structuring ability of matter, along with his father form. Of course, Shiva also has a destructive form, but that's another topic. Experience can vary depending on the person and what they need at the time. The Gods know what we need and what is best for us at any time when approaching them. They are heavily invested in our advancement! For example, when I work with Lucifer directly, my experience is generally very invigorating, electrifying and energizing, but not always. When he appears in his Infernal guise, it's very primal, awakening, fiery, etc.. When he appears in his Stellar guise, it's more an experience of beauty and awe. Both are enlightening in their own ways, and he often modulates how he manifests depending on what I need at that time, which I allow for and encourage. Some would say that Shiva is a deific or cultural mask of Lucifer, and while I see how that could be true (not saying it isn't, either), I tend to approach them separately.

Back to the feminine... I can only speak from personal experience here. There is a specific Goddess I work with very closely and She never fails to put me at ease! Whatever is bothering me, whatever is troubling me, She is always there to comfort me. She allows me to express whatever it is I am feeling and She makes no judgment whatsoever. She is just present and I can tell Her whatever is bothering me, and Her Love is steadfast, never waning, much like a Mother for Her child. I can also tell Her my successes and triumphs, and everything that is going right, and She is right there with me all the same, still loving me. To me, this is soothing and comforting in a way that feels similar to how the woman I know describes being comforted by Shiva. Perhaps it has to do with the masculine-feminine dynamic and what a persons needs are. This tends to make sense for me. I can't disclose everything, but this woman in particular has also been suffering from loneliness and working on healing issues related to her biological father who abandoned her when she was a teenager. Very traumatic for a young girl. So it's important to keep that in context. Perhaps it is the energy of the Father that she is so lacking, which causes her troubled mind and anxiety, so when he embraces her in his presence, she becomes calm, comforted. Similar for a man who is lonely and anxious from lacking the Mother may feel comforted and soothed in the embrace of the Mother.

For your second question about Shiva as the 3 in 1, your conclusion sounds right to me.

Wow, thanks for your reply! I find it interesting how you approach Father Satan in His different forms, as though He is different depending on how you approach Him.

Yeah, in my experience He is multi-faceted and can be worked with in different ways. Expectation has a big influence on how He may appear to someone and can be quite subjective at times. If you think He'll appear as a scary, red devil with horns, then He just may in evocation. I've also been surprised before, thinking a spirit will appear a certain way and then being surprised. I try to allow the spirit to manifest in a form it find's most conducive to our relationship with the goal of my own spiritual growth. Every spirit is a bit different. I've got a list of various deific masks attributed to Lucifer and have worked with many of them. They all are relevant in my opinion as He's appeared differently throughout history and cultures. Melek Taus, for example. Very different experience compared to Shiva though they have some similarities. Are they the same God or are they not? I don't enter that debate haha! Still I give each one the respect of being it's own when working with them out of respect. My personal opinion though is that they are all different faces of the primal Lucifer/Satan.
