If this model is taken as the standard, it could be turned into something horrible.
Imagine those two strips of buildings, repeated 50-100-500 times, would manage to keep the entire population of a nation in one area.
Then that's always the idea, subtle communism, stacking people on top of each other, only unlike the tenement buildings, all the infrastructure will be stacked.
Imagine all this combined with a pandemic, the nation would be reduced to 100 square kilometers, and it will just be one big prison that you can't escape from.
I wouldn't be fooled by the beautiful presentation; it's the idea that counts.
