ALSO along with body cleansing.
We also have to consider our diets?

Whether you want to lose weight? And finding that proper diet?
I wouldn't recommend going along with these fat diets! Because neither one of them work for me!
And a lot of them are very expensive! And very misleading. And I personally think it's best to come up with my own diet plan? And talk to a doctor?
Or your yoga instructor or guru? Who knows more about your health.
Then a lot of these quack doctors that don't know shit...

And if you are looking to gain weight? Depending on your health.
And what health situations you're looking at? Like if you're a cancer patient...or looking to be a football player? Or if you're into weight training? Being a guy and all of that... I know what some of you men out there!
Force is a major thing.. for both sexes! And depending on the type of exercise program you're in or what kind of fitness program you're in? With you looking to be a professional bodybuilder or a power gymnast!
Looking for the proper diet plan! It's not easy. And I know what the lot of people in this day and age food is everything!.

Considering the commercials we see on tv! Advertising Kentucky Fried Chicken and the Big Mac from McDonald's. Food has become America's favorite as well as rock and roll!.. and I know junk food and rock and roll go hand in hand! Especially for teenagers and young adults.
Whether you were eating on the job site! Or enjoying a football game with your friends.. eating on the run! Juggling two jobs at once.
Being a single parent raising children! I know that sometimes junk food is the easiest thing for some people who are on a budget and want something quick and fast!

And then we end up putting on pounds! That we later regret!
And this time of year when it comes to cleansing! Weight loss seems to be the number one thing on people's minds
Planning a proper diet plan! And coming up with the proper schedule to make your day easier when it comes to fitness and exercise.
And I know that there is a lot of people out there that love love food! And so sometimes I know that it is a struggle for some people. To lose weight and to follow a proper diet plan! Without falling into these addictions.
🍎 Of going for just any kind of food just because it looks good or just because you're hungry! But to learn to listen to your body.
And look to the right sources!. Starting with yourself? Taking down a piece of paper and taking a pen! And writing down your health problems! And where you want to start and where you want to begin? On your diet? And what you can do to make your program a little more feasible for you! Figuring out ways to put more time into your life by organizing things and putting things back in a perspective for yourself and family. Sometimes working together is a team it makes things a lot easier! Especially when it comes to diet and exercise. And making cleansing more comfortable! Finding what is more comfortable for you and being able to do it right!❤🙂

A lot of people eat just to eat especially in the Western world. This combined with so many harmful substances put in food contributes to obesity and other illnesses. Another thing is the portions that people are fed. Sustenance needs to come before pleasure to gain the actual full intent and benefit of eating.

Being on a nice diet plan and created for myself. I have successfully lost 40 lb. Avoiding all of the extra Sweets and Treats throughout the holidays. And down to a size 10 in Levi's and jeans! Considering last year I weighed about 185 lb. And everything I had was either larger extra large. And it's nice to know! That I can go shopping for new clothes without feeling embarrassed!

If you are keen on sweets or anything, you have to work for it. No work, no treat! There is no success without physical discipline, in my opinion.

Trust me.. I was a complete Candy Bar junkie!..

and I love pies and baked goods.
and no it's not easy trying to walk away from that stuff.
and I had to do more than discipline myself.
I had to go through all of my cupboards, and throw out bags of potato chips and cheetos!
and everything and anything that is considered junk food! And I had to make a list! Of foods that I can learn to try and enjoy.
even chips and salsa are not bad!🦾 if people want a better snack food. Hummus dip with fresh cut vegetables. Olives in olive oil. Served on crackers.
having to experiment with the healthier foods.
and putting together a healthier diet plan.
without the sugar treats and snacks.
and trying to narrow it down to the point where I was not only watching my calories but I was also watching the sugar intake as well.
without going overboard on the one or the other.
until I was able to lose 40 lbs.
I am still on that diet. And once in awhile I will treat myself to a Coke or a candy bar. If it's necessary and when I feel like I've earned it. Sometimes you do have to reward yourself for trying! And with each and every pound I lost I would reward myself to something like that of a cup of coffee. Just to play it safe! And if I lost more than 3 lbs! I would treat myself to a fruit salad. Or a soda pop. And I have kept record of this for about a year and I am still going strong♥️🦾⚡

I like this. I think I'll start adding an extra hour of workout when I overeat instead of just feeling guilty

Valeska I am doing good.
I just got through doing my Mercury Square. And that has helped me. Alot!
And I have been doing the 40 day challenge. And it has also helped me calm down tremendously. And now I am thinking about doing the Sun Square. 💐

I did lord Valefor's ritual and asked him for help with my goal. I always struggled with dieting and calorie counting, but now it has never been easier to track calories and I've never stuck to a diet this long. I didn't expect anything, maybe the timing is just right for me now, but I'm pleasantly surprised.

I've also had some personal insights related to dieting come to me that I never had before. He must have given me his blessing.

I have a long road to go before I'm where I want to be, and alot of work. But now I can keep the momentum going.

I want to talk about semantics here. Weight loss and weight gain is dangerous nonsense to think about created by the enemy. In most cases you should talk about fat loss as you don't need to lose bone mass, muscle mass, nor water mass. In rare cases, you may need to lose muscle mass but that's very rare. It's usually for those huge bodybuilders who can't run 400 metres without having a heart attack. As a human, you should be able to run even 5 km comfortably (under 25 minutes for man).

In terms of the second combination, weight gain is also a wrong concept. You never need to gain fat, even if you're skinny. Additional fat is always unneeded and a liability. In most cases, one should take about muscle gain.
