alright well i dont know what to do with my energy balls
what do i do combine them with the power of one of my chakras?
and then how would i throw it at somebody i mean clearly its possible because anything is possible within satan.
does anybody have knoledge of this can i throw it or can i gather energy into a shaolin palm and then strike some body with it.
mrs maxine you do martial arts right can you help me with this me and my friend in peru are going to train our selves but we only have meditations can you give me some moving meditations.
and somehow a techniche to shoot energy or lofe force. also can chi be
expelled without having to make it bounce just like by opening up your palm it might take years but its hella worth it.
