In my personal opinion if the Gods arrived say in 5 years, apex of Aquarius 2024-2025-2026 area. I'd probably be quite happy with the state of the World. But waiting 20 years for all the machinations the enemy is planning is just asking for trouble.

And in the past 2 to 3 years they've done reconstruction with European style road systems like the "Diamond" pattern. Apparently if you create a diamond style road and move traffic along there will be less traffic. I wish to see the highway system of the Gods and notice how it probably lasts untold aeons of time.
