Some people wonder how it is possible that magic exists and that a person through certain practices is able to influence the world around him and others, let's try to see it from a particular perspective, I am a programmer and therefore I will use my examples to try to get closer and closer to the universal language according to examples that are also familiar to me:

Let's suppose we create an app to simulate something, so let's also imagine a simple page in HTML.

Let's imagine our physical world of the visible as a website, while the invisible world (its essence) is the html inside it that cannot be seen (with attached codes, js, css, php etc..), its essence lies precisely in these codes behind the scenes that cannot be seen.

Let's suppose we operate on a non-showcase web page, I am a simple user who would like to do a "ritual" to change some parameters, it is almost like "hacking" reality, I with a "ritual" am acting in backend operating directly on the server that manages the visible website behind the scenes, even if at first glance you do not notice something has changed.

I will also give you an additional example on the Minecraft simulation.

Let's suppose I am a classic user a bit toxic who wants to damage a server (black magic), I have an exploit that sends a CustomPayload that manages to take down an entire server ("kill"), I acted in backend through invisible things that however altered my reality and also the reality of other people.

But let's also do another example:

Imagine you are a Minecraft player who wants to create a specific environment in the game, like an enchanted garden. In this context, we can compare the visible world of Minecraft (the garden that players see) to the physical world, while the programming elements and game mechanics (such as commands and codes) represent the invisible world (where we operate with magic).

1. The Player and the Ritual: You are a player who wants to make plants and flowers grow quickly in your garden. To do so, you decide to use a game command (a "ritual") to speed up the growth of the plants. In Minecraft, you can use the command `/gamerule randomTickSpeed` to increase the speed at which the plants grow.

2. Operating in the Backend: When you enter the command, you are "hacking" (creating a kind of 'vortex' on the astral plane) the reality of the game. Even if the garden looks the same at first, you are changing an invisible parameter that affects the behavior of the plants. This is similar to how a magical ritual might influence the invisible forces that govern the world.

3. Visible Result: After executing the command, within a short time, your garden begins to bloom with colorful plants and flowers. Even if the action you performed (entering a command in the invisible world = [codes and programming]) happened "behind the scenes", the result is visible and tangible in the (visible) game world.

I also take this opportunity to write about the so-called "Chaos Theory".

Chaos theory, with its emphasis on sensitivity to initial conditions and the unpredictability of complex systems, can be applied to the practice of witchcraft and magic through the following postulate:

In magical practice, ritual and symbolic actions, although apparently isolated and without a direct causal link, can influence future events in non-linear and unpredictable ways, similar to chaotic systems. Small variations in rituals, intentions and circumstances can generate significant and unexpected effects, creating a web of interconnections that defies rational understanding. Furthermore, one can operate on the assumption that smaller processes in the universe tend to reflect and be the mirror image of larger ones, suggesting that the microcosmic dynamics of magical actions can mirror and influence the macrocosmic forces of the universe.

Elements of the postulate and possible assumptions:

1. Sensitivity to Initial Conditions -> Every ritual or magical act is influenced by a number of factors, such as the intention of the practitioner, the environment and the emotions involved. Even a small change in one of these elements can lead to radically different results.

2. Unpredictability -> Just as in chaotic systems, where long-term behavior is difficult to predict, the effects of a magical act can manifest in unexpected ways, making it difficult for the practitioner to anticipate the final outcome (similar to the butterfly effect).

3. Interconnectedness -> Magical actions can be seen as part of a larger network of events and influences, where each act connects to a series of consequences that extend beyond immediate time and space.

4. Rituals and Symbolism -> Rituals, symbols and magical practices can be considered as "triggers" that activate chaotic dynamics, generating a series of events that intersect in complex and non-linear ways.

5. Micro-Macro Reflection -> The idea that smaller processes reflect larger ones implies that individual actions and intentions can have an impact on larger scales, suggesting that the dynamics of magical practices not only influence the immediate world of the practitioner, but can also interact with universal forces, creating a harmony between microcosm and macrocosm.
