Is one's Merkaba always spinning?

There's been once or twice that i've caught climpses of both halves spinning in opposite directions as it was stated to do but it happened when i was not doing the meditation. It happend last night also after doing the RTR's, after feeling a surge of energy. Then when i went to bed it felt like someone was touching me and i had buzzes of energy all over...almost to the point in some places that it hurt....some deep places that felt nice o_O. I wasn't sure what to make of it. But maybe it was a kundalini thing?

Maxine wrote that you gotta do the merkaba every day until you can feel the pulsing sensation of the energy field whenever you even pay attention to it. Not gonna lie im kinda jealous of you. For some weird reason no matter how much i meditate i cant feel much. I have been struggling with the merkaba a lot. It's really frustrating and it makes me mad how i can't really connect with the astral that much.

i mean ive tried the meditation once or twice in the past thats it. Just that ever since we have done this new ritual ive noticed some things. this still sticks with me including being able to picture all of my chakras spinning also more clearly.

Also now that i have more time, i wanted to write out some things that may help you.
Maybe practicing your visualization and concentration can help your meditations.
Cleaning the aura and chakras properly helps you to feel more. I did returning curses parts one and 2 for like 2 years non stop almost..i still do it every now and then for maintenance on top of cleaning my aura everyday and aop.
If you have a hard time calming down from stress or anxiety try to listen to calming music or drink some hot tea during the evening before you meditate. It will get you in the relaxation zone.
Also trying to pay attention to all of your physical and mental sensations helps.

Sometimes with certain things you will not feel something for a long time and this will depend on several things. But it will not be this way forever.

This is completely unrelated to your topic, I just wanted to say how amazing that painting is! I especially love the tiny galaxies, I didn't even notice until I zoomed in. Awesome attention to detail. The swastika one is great, too.

Glad you like :)
It has actually been done with mixed media no paint. mostly pastels, colored pencil, marker and sparkle pop pens. I used my phone and laptops imaging software to enhance the image. Still always looks better IRL XD.

After RTRS always returning curses, not now and then. There is no reason not to do it.

Merkaba can be difficult because of all the steps to focus on simultaneously. What I do that has worked is to focus only on feeling at first. Try to feel each step individually.
This will allow you to feel rather than struggling to see everything. Add the visualization after you have increased your sensitivity to the energy. This can be applied to most meditation and has worked for me and others with a similar issue.

Yes, once permanently established, the Merkaba never stops, unless you stop it consciously.

Wow after just doing the meditation twice last year even?

after the days of us doing Satans ritual is when i noticed i caught glimpses of it "spinning"

funnily enough i had this once to an extent even months before attempting the merkaba. its what led me to want to try it out. now its becoming habitual for me to just focus on the two half pyramids spinning along with my chakras since the awesome new ritual.

This meditation helps develop your sensitivity. Focus 100% on it. No distractions on such as tv, computer, lyrics and so on. If you want to listen to music, listen to something without lyrics and, in this case, it should be something soothing or entrancing. Not something stimulating or something that brings any emotional uprising. Eyes closed, wear the most comfortable clothing you have. This is individual. Some people find trackies or PJ most comfortable, other people prefer khakis and preppy shirts, others prefer other things. You do you.

Do it for at least 10 minutes each day.

If there is any possible distraction, wear noise-cancelling headphones/earplugs. Obviously, you should not be disturbed by other people. If you live alone, lock your house/flat door; if you live with other people, lock your bedroom door and put something on the door that signals not to disturb you (if people normally would come knocking, etc)... a sock would do; if you share a bedroom, find somewhere else to go or choose a moment where you are 100% sure you won't be annoyed.

Over time, the "feel" will be developed. Do not worry or obsessed about that. Things happen.

Something else that can help is to set an intention before you start this meditation. Something along the lines of "I am learning to feel spiritual energy consciously" or "I am adapting to feeling spiritual energy consciously". Make your own and believe it 100%. Focus on it intensely before starting. Focus on it as intensely as possible. This could cause you to feel pressure. Physical pressure like gravity, not psychological pressure.

I hope this helps!

It can take anywhere from 1 session to year. "Once established" means something along the lines of "once it has been built". If you focus now and you can feel it pulsing/spinning, then yes. Obviously, sometimes during the activation process, it can briefly move on its own, and then stop. One of the things you do by repeating is basically "training" it to work at all times, or establishing your intention that it should be doing what you want it to do. Eternally.

Is it still efficient to do after it becomes permanent, like 20 or 30 a day?

Depends on your goals. By keeping at it, you may become more aware of all its functions and uses.

Don't I waste my time if it doesn't work. And what do you think is the best and powerful meditation for spamming? I work dec 4-5 hours a day and I want to increase it to 10 hours. I am waiting for your suggestions on audio and silent meditation.

Awareness is not a waste of time. It's a part of advancement. There is power, awareness and purification. One needs all 3 to advance. With only power, people go insane like Kai Purr, Aldrick and company. Similarly, with only awareness, people have no means to do manifest anything.

There is no best and most powerful meditation. All depends on your goals, which should be realistic and based on your circumstances. This is an individual path.
