It's been a while since I've been able to move the stone on a string, it goes to the side I want, I'm even impressed, before I couldn't move an inch. I wanted to move other larger objects.. I don't know how to evolve. does anyone have any tips?

Such abilities largely rely on the power of your aura and soul, so naturally as you advance your ability will increase.

Develop the chakras and other aspects of the soul and then try again.

Pay special attention to the recommendation to work on your hand chakras. Get good at directing energy into and out of your hands. But keep in mind, you'll need a lot of energy to move heavier objects.

It's very important to be adept at void meditation too. Energy does what you tell it to, and telekinesis takes so much energy that you can't afford to dilute it with stray thoughts.
