Pity that some people confuse plural with Saxon genitive (i.e. brother's where it should be brothers, sister's where it should be sisters, etc.) AND don't even realise the error.

If the sun in the 6th house is a poor placement For health would a spiritual  sun square benefit or make it worse?

@ Ko, it would benefit it. You can use the spiritual and program it to permanently improve the affairs of your 6th house, or to permanently improve your physical health.
