A problem that afflicts many people is pretending to have specific sensations or trying in any way to achieve certain sensations just because it says so in a certain meditation.
In this way you create illusions, lie to yourself and forget the true purpose of meditation. To elevate yourself spiritually and thus understand yourself.
JoS, rightly gives a description of the sensations but it is only to tell you that they have experienced that, it is not certain that you will experience it too. What you might experience can be totally different.
Start reading meditations and do them, realise what you feel, how it makes you feel, write these things down and keep them in mind.
Only in this way can you really progress. You have to realise what you feel, you have to start understanding yourself.
Get to know yourself and you will take huge steps.
