You are having a lot of responsibility related to the library work but you are also doing an extraordinary job at it.

I personally try to keep on all of my physical and spiritual duties, though I sometimes have my own tendencies to procrastinate.

I think I should meditate on this and resolve the bad habit of procrastinating.

Unless there are special reasons that FORCE you to leave suddenly, you should set a future date for your resignation, inform High Priest, and take whatever actions are necessary to ensure a smooth transition until your resignation date.

What happened now? The careful image you have built on the forum and the hard work you once put into it has been damaged by such a thoughtless resignation message.

It can be difficult for anyone to fulfill their duties, and they may have to leave their title. This is understandable. But these things have value, and I find such an attitude unacceptable.

Generally titles have been given upon good progress and work as a reward and to give everyone an opportunity to communally prove themselves which is one of the four Dharmic paths ones must succeed at in life.

I do not hold direct control over who leaves nor I hold people by a noose. Additionally, if people start confusing this relationship with anyone here or the Gods is not my issue.

As years pass, one also knows the responsibility is with those who do these things and not those who are left with on the gaps they leave. So I am at peace personally over these things.

Oftentimes, depending on how responsible one is towards the Gods or the community, they might not even inform. It also has to do with the maturity level of a person or advert circumstances.

In this particular situation I have no knowledge of the direct reasons. As I do not know exactly, I cannot comment either. I know it has been daunting and there have been run ins with community pressure. But thats all.

Jrvan did leave a list behind of pending work, too. Thanks Jrvan for all of your work until now.
