I am writing this post to people who just like me at this time, are not at their most energetic.
These days I don't feel like doing anything at all, I can't study, I can't concentrate, I barely feel like getting dressed, and I don't feel like seeing anyone.
Yeah, read like this it may sound like something serious, but I assure you it is not so.

If you want to get out of this period, make sure you understand the source, for example, the cause of my malaise is stress caused by school. Also, I am not satisfied even with my meditation program and this makes me feel very bad and especially because of the fatigue that school causes me, I also find it difficult to concentrate.

Second, I definitely recommend that you write down a list of everything that makes you happy or that you know can lift your mood. Cook, meditate, do some research on the website, in short, anything you enjoy! For example I love reading, watching a TV series or dancing and singing in the shower.

Third, give yourself time! You are not a machine but human beings so if you don't feel like studying or do work at an exact time, do it in a couple of hours. Or pamper yourself after doing your duties.

What I would also like to tell you is to never neglect yourself, always take care of yourself. You are the person you can rely on 100 percent, and the first thing you have to do is to love yourself. Do that even in these moments.

I hope I have been a little helpful to you.
You are not alone, we all go through bad days or bad times, the important thing is to ALWAYS get back up! Good luck ☀️

If you want to rise during this period, keep your consciousness high.

Everything is impermanent.

A well written article. We appreciate it.

I feel like a lot of people I know including me often forget about this. I feel like doing a lot of things at once to improve myself, studying , meditating , learning, working out. However, when I feel low I tend to forget that, at some point we all need rest and time to "charge our batteries". I keep blaming myself. I really appreciate this post ♥️. Thank you

I usually keep a list of everything I achived so far, for whenever I feel really low(times get more often sadly). It also keep me motivated to achive new things (like pushing up my body weight) so I can prove to myself that I, in fact, stronger than I was before

Also keep in mind that the ages of teenage till 20-21 can be really hard on the psyche since you are still at a developing stage.

I believe one of the best would be to have a programm with some excercise (sports, swimming can be great etc.) which immidiatelly can affect the psyche and develop a more euphoric state.

I developed really hard psychological problems at the age of 19 so i know what it feels like.

I wish i had spirituality in my life back then which could elevate my state of consciousness jad come out of it.

And yes, it will take some time but the better is yet to come.

I feel like I'm experiencing the same things, it seems like almost nothing makes me happy lately, I think and hope it's just a bad period and that little by little the bad times will pass, I always recommend continuing and even if possible increasing (gradually) the meditation program.

It happens with a lot of us lately. At least we have plenty of experience to treat these periods

What I always advise is to think positive and always be optimistic. Of course this negative period will pass, and I am an example of that. I had a bad morning but I decided I would give myself a break this afternoon and now I have motivation to study. As one of our brothers has already said, everything is impermanent.:giggle:

Yes, loving yourself is important.

Hello,Thank you so much. I’m sure there are people here who needed this text.
As for you, I’m certain that you’ve been feeling a bit unmotivated and confused about which of your responsibilities is more important than the others. Isn’t that right?
I have some advice for you that I think might help:
Don’t let your days pass by spontaneously and without a plan!
Most people forget or don’t even consider what a great blessing and gift it is to wake up the next day. To breathe again, to feel, and to be able to take actions that leave a mark on the world—actions that could be incredibly significant.
Don’t take this for granted. Make the most of this great gift and blessing by organizing your days thoughtfully and with proper planning.
Get yourself a new notebook and pen, and start writing down your responsibilities and goals for the day, week, and month.
Begin with the daily routine: write down everything you want to do, are doing, and have done during the day in that notebook, along with the exact hours and minutes.
At the end of the day, look at that page and see how much extra time you had—those hours when you absolutely did nothing.
Fill those hours with a bit of fun or activities that recharge your energy, or perhaps meditations that help boost your vitality.
And regarding your reluctance or dissatisfaction with your meditation routine, I’d say don’t just look at it from the perspective of “being dissatisfied.” If you feel some discontent about it, that feeling means you know deep down that you’re capable of doing more meditation and achieving greater growth. So start improving, because you already have everything you need to begin and keep going.
I hope I’ve been able to help you too.

I forgot to mention this too;
You might have experienced a moment when you want to work on something important to you and finish it, but suddenly you remember another easier responsibility—like tidying your room, helping with the dishes, or similar tasks. And you tell yourself, “I’ll take care of that smaller responsibility first, then get to the other one.”
But after finishing that small, easy task, you feel tired and can no longer focus properly.
Don’t fall into this mental trap. You are in control of your mind and your actions. Do everything in its own golden time so nothing gets left behind.
If you ignore your responsibilities for too long and can’t manage to handle them all, you’ll lose your motivation and belief in yourself. And that can be really bad.

I am already currently providing for the improvement of my days, and I hope that spring break will be able to give me back all the energy I lost :giggle:

Tough question, how to love or accept yourself, when you have basically uncurable disises? These completly shattered my tiny hope of just gettig close to Magnum Opus in this lifetime. How could I with a body like this?

Who or what convinced you these diseases are incurable? Maybe they take time to totally resolve and that is normal, but they are not incurable.

Just by how you are perceiving this, it is likely you may have some psychological hangups relating to this, perhaps a sense of inability linked to bodily health. This then alters how you view the condition and whether your opinion is pessimistic ("It will never be fixed!") or optimistic ("I can grow past this").

From what you had said here, you had decided that you could not make decisive progress on improving the condition within your lifetime. Yet, how can this be possible?

Routes to resolution can include general advancement in power and cleanliness of the soul and chakras, especially your solar, consistent yoga, rituals to Valefor or Asclepius, as well as daily workings. All of these options create permanent changes to the soul that lead to the curing of disease.

Right now the Sun is in Aries and later this month Mars will be in Leo. These are two placements and energies which can promote an increase in vitality, if not direct alterations to the disease itself. As both have relationships to Leo, they can also give you an improved sense of self-esteem and ability.

hello!
I'm probably not the right person to respond to this kind of comment and also I don't know what disease you have. I just know that getting better psychologically is the first step. Learning to live with it and starting to tell yourself that you are not your illness and that if you feel like doing something you don't necessarily have to block yourself because of it (obviously taking into consideration the type of illness, I want to be rational).
Also, MEDITATE. Never stop, always meditate, be constant. This is not the time to think about MO especially if you are at the beginning. “Carpe Diem” said Horace, because everything comes in its own time. Thinking and stating that you because of illness will not reach the Magnum Opus will only worsen your self-esteem and confidence in the path.
The gods are with you, they know how to give you a hand but you definitely need to give yourself time. Create a meditation routine and trust that as you grow spiritually, albeit with illness you will succeed in improving your life.

I hope, albeit with a few tips, that I have been of some help to you. Also, if you need to talk we are here.
I wish you the best:giggle:

Two years of restless healing, sun squares and runicnworkings without any significant effect. And having side effects, despite I do all I can to evade them. Those combined did a very, very bad work on my mental health

Yes, vitality defenitly does the trick with me, even if we look it philosophically(since high vitality makes you accept life with all of its pain). Ill work on it, thank you

How could I grow past this nightmare when its constantly here and if I dont sacrifice my focus, time and energy for it, I lose even more than I already did? Every damn time, I see where I would be now, without this maddeining sickness, how much easier or faster I would achive my goals. I dont want to live with this anymore. Not for any longer

See the other thread where I gave a massive reply.

This thought: "I see where I would be now, without this maddeining sickness..." is a depressing thought which you should avoid, because it aggravates feelings of hopelessness or lack of power. Replace it with positive thinking, like that you are a Zevist, you have experience with healing workings, you have access to Valefor, you have knowledge from dealing with the health condition before, etc.

The silver lining here, and talk to your GD to explore this topic more, is to focus on regeneration. Any "nightmare conditions" create the basis for strong regeneration to occur. That is how you can "come back" from this. Refer to Osiris and his ritual for this.
