Didn't you say in the other thread you wanted her to show you a sign when the supervisor is standing there so you can see by their reactions that it's real, you can't miss the sign?
Because sounds like that's exactly what happened.
She didn't want to just directly flirt with you if she didn't know how you would react, so this situation was like a perfect test. If you didn't like it, she could act like "I didn't mean it I was just trying to make you feel better" but it's obvious now you both want the same thing.

She didn't want to just directly flirt with you if she didn't know how you would react, so this situation was like a perfect test. If you didn't like it, she could act like "I didn't mean it I was just trying to make you feel better" but it's obvious now you both want the same thing.

I decided to give an update....

Um I lost interest in her, because she keeps doing that hot/cold thing with me and it is freaking me out. Yesterday I avoided her as much as possible. I do not want any problems to be solved and I do not care to. I can NOT tell her anything or do anything because of our positions at work and I am not sure she understands THAT. But I want to tell you, though when she "flirted" in the office that day or whatever, she has been going either really flirty-friendly to either ignoring me or being dismissive, a little hostile or resentment. I am totally confused even though I lost my interest. Yesterday I had noticed a change. I had a really strong feeling she wanted to talk to me, we were alone in the office when I went to get keys, she tried to speak to me, well I did not go deep into the conversation, I kept it causal and I did not open up abouit anything, I cant do it anymore. After I spoke with her briefly while still being "nice" , I pretty much avoided her for the rest of the day, and I proceeded to be myself, being wild, fun, and making people laugh. Yeah I am pretty confident in myself. But I was minding my own business and well she was talking to a fellow assistant manager I was walking by and being a goofball without, I didnt really care if she was there, she went on the otherside. I felt insecurity emanating from her.

I was really surprised. all I am wondering is what the hell is she insecure about. (not a question) Anyway. all I know is, she has been being dismissive borderline hostile and ignoring me and like I said, I gave up on her when she does that hot/cold thing. I am actually quiet happy not worrying as much as I use to. Let's just say she officially ran me off.

Do what makes you happy and don't care how others will react. You'll be surprised as to how it turns out. Everything will fall into place. Don't be constrained and fearful of what could happen or what would happen or what she would think. Just do what you know will make you self fulfilled. You never want to have regrets of what could have happened. Finalize and push to the ultimatum.
