Stargazing at Orion while meditating

I wonder, can meditating while staring directly at Orion (Betelgeuse specifically) or just talking to Satan about your day and personal issues be helpful? Sometimes I just be staring into Orion when I see it at night and just go somewhere by myself and just meditate and talk to Satan all night until I get sleepy.
