Spirituality includes the soul, mind, aura, magical and mind practices, and meditation. Needless to say, meditate, evolve and you will succeed.

When you meditate, you begin to understand things better. Because meditation is a self-development practice that helps you understand things better and takes your soul to a higher level.

Spiritual perfection is our goal and we can achieve it through proper meditation practices and self-development. To raise our body and soul to a higher, divine level. Perfection, peace and harmony. Soul, body and mind. These three are the most important things in Spirituality.

Know yourself, control yourself, guide yourself, work on yourself and empower yourself. Sooner or later you will be able to do meditation exercises that you first thought were difficult, but now they become easy and you can challenge yourself with new difficulties in meditation.

Take care of yourself! Don't neglect your mind or your physical body. Just as your physical body can get sick, so can your soul. Every day, strengthen your chakras, protect and cleanse yourself, take care of yourself. Your soul defines your physical self, you cannot exist without your soul. Prepare your body for Spiritual Transformation, as meditation makes your mind stronger and your body needs to adapt to higher energies.

You work with energies, and sooner or later you may become more sensitive to them, more sensitive to the energy. If your energy level increases, it's worth paying attention to that. At this level your aura will be stronger and your mind will be more developed.

With a strong soul and aura, much of the negative energy can be avoided. I am not saying don't deal with them, but at this level you will be stronger. The power of your mind and aura is essential for magical practices. The strength or level of both will determine the success of your work, the stronger they are the faster the things you want to happen, the weaker they are the slower.

Don't be discouraged if an exercise doesn't go right away. Not every job works the first time, especially at the beginning. That doesn't mean you have to give up, no, it just means your mind and spirit need to be stronger. In the strengthening phase it may not happen overnight, we are not all the same, don't worry.

Our goal is to raise our spirits to a higher level. In this process, you shouldn't stop or stop what you are doing, because from here you can only go up, you won't really regress once you reach a certain level, but it's up to you whether you go further or not.

The mind has power, so thoughts have power. The power of thoughts varies depending on your level of development. With a strong mind you will have strong thoughts, with a weaker mind not so strong. But you are here to grow and become stronger. Breaking down the limitations and capacity of your brain will take you to a new level.

If you have a strong aura, it will give you a different aura. You will feel stronger and most negative energy will not harm you. You can achieve this simply by doing aura strengthening and cleansing meditations. Because if you have a strong aura, you are not very exposed to negative energies. Ascension takes you higher and higher in Spirituality.

If we strengthen ourselves regularly, we will be able to perceive things we would not have thought of at first. If you meditate, you will move up the ladder. This makes it easier to do more advanced, more advanced techniques. Few people have this ability without meditation practice and self-improvement. Then you can do most meditations with little concentration. If you have it, rejoice and move on, if you don't, don't mope, improve yourself and you will get there in time. I may write a lot about persistence and progress, but it is the key to the gateway to success.

You can work with your mind, including Spiritual work. Our mind has parts, it can be broken down into levels, so to speak. The initial phase, the advanced phase and the phase of perfection. Whichever one you are in, you will end up in the final stage. The weak and ignorant mind can be developed through meditation. Meditation is life, progress and harmony with yourself.

Understanding and acceptance are all part of the mind. With a developed mind, you are able to see your strengths/weaknesses, what you are good at and what you are not so good at, and work on these until you are perfect. Mind is the key to spirituality. The source of occult power is the brain and the mind.

No, truth is understanding spiritually, and knowledge is the power of who we are - "they be Gods".

Truth is the value in which Knowledge and Power unfold, and in a spiritual sense it is the kind of understanding that reflects knowledge and spirit. In a spiritual sense, Truth is essential because without the necessary knowledge we cannot build.

Sorry, I just got back from the shitter. I mean, that's where all this is coming from? isn't it? Copy and paste? Copy and paste?

No one has knowledge like this? Where the fuck have you been?????

I don't really understand. An hour or two ago you were praising me, but then you changed your mind, bro. What's wrong with repeating the important stuff in my posts?

I don't know who reads my posts all the time, but I'm glad for those who do and learn from what I try to pass on. Even if it is just 1 person. Then that one person is the one person I write my posts for.

Here I came to see if I could answer a question and the post has all the information a person could ask.

But. It says a person must not stop meditating once they start advancing.

Will there be shocks to the system if a person stops meditating after advancing in some power?

I just need to mention a past member that got advanced. Ghost in the machine. He apparently got delusions.

I bring it up because I was an avid meditator before.

There were side effects for me.

Like I couldn't sleep. I was aware like I was in a meditative state all night and couldn't drift off to sleep. Could only go into trance state without the mind/ awareness switching off. Like was wide awake but desperately needed sleep. Problem was I was exhausted the next day and meditation caused my mind to be permanently on and I got insomnia.

Then I became sensitive to energy and could pick up what people were thinking. Only stronger people with stronger thoughts though. I was reacting within myself negatively at what I was perceiving.

Like you'd never imagine what you could pick up from people that you wouldn't see at face value. Like I was giving someone my business and I heard in my head the persons thoughts thinking I'm such a dick.

Or the lovely old man. But I get a strong feeling of revulsion like he's an animal of prey ready to jump on and devour his victim sexually. That I need to run before he rapes me because he's a pervert that can barely contain himself.

I think there are some negative side effects to meditation. Don't get me wrong I'm a Spiritual Warrior doing my Spiritual Warfare daily.

I've found myself in distress and called out psychically to Father Satan and my Guardian and they helped me.

But all I do now is the Spiritual Warfare with cleaning and aura strengthening/ protection.

I felt sensing things was causing my mind to on a conscious level become paranoid and create a feedback loop of suffering. To start consciously thinking and judging and thus making delusions fighting with myself because I sensed something.

I'm in a way scared to empower because I'm scared I will develop insomnia again. I remember also when I lay down to sleep my body would run very hot and I'd sweat the bed wet.

I think maybe if there are some challenges a person might cut back on empowerment and just do vibrations and cleaning?

All the things you mentioned are real side effects that can come with empowerment and meditation.

Insomnia being a major one that I myself experience regularly and I know of other SS who have as well.

Same as increased sensitivity towards others and their thoughts. You pick up on things from people around you which you wouldn't expect, also the hubris in people's minds that they do not show outwardly.

This is something one needs to get used to, and it is also something you can learn to tune out. Void meditation is very important for that, to allow you to build control over these senses, so you can prevent yourself from getting overwhelmed by your own sensitivity and the influences you pick up on.

For a while, it became unpleasant for me to be in public spaces, because I could sense clearly all the energies and even the thoughts of many people around me. Most people are of very low vibrational energy and thoughts, and being around them felt like wading through sewage.

It was an awful thing. You have to learn to tune this out, and have control over what you pick up on.

You can also close your astral senses as you go into public spaces for example, by inverting the flow of energy from the chakra's that rule clairaudience and clairvoyance. This allows you to tune into your inner self and have all the outside noise flow past you quietly.

With practice, this can be done at will.

Another way to prevent being overwhelmed by this is to have a powerful aura programmed to repel any unwanted external influence. A bright white gold aura creates a sort of domain around you which repels the hubris from others and your high vibration will put you out of reach of the low vibrational energies and influence of the world and people around you.

Lastly, it is a part that requires getting used to. One has to learn to focus on themselves and not care for the things on people's minds.

Ask yourself why you should care if that client thinks you to be a dick?

They can think what they want. I care not what other people think of me, unless there is harmful intent in their thoughts, or I feel they should be put back in their place for going out of line.

With a strong enough aura and mind, you can retort people's disgusting thoughts as if retorting to a vocalized remark they made, and while they may not hear it directly, or even be aware you just told them of, they subconsciously pick up on it and can be put in their place.

It's like reprimanding a child for being misbehaved.

When you advance enough, you realize how much superior you are in spirit to the people around you, and you begin to carry yourself with a certain dignified air befitting a greater person, without any of the arrogance that often comes with it when regular people get on a pedestal.

Other souls around you are clearly lesser than yourself, therefore they do not require the same amount of care and attention one has for an equal or greater being or person, and neither does one have to hold much malice for the fool that insults you out of his own inadequacy.

They think what they do, and you don't have to care for it. Just like letting a dog bark without letting it bother you, and telling them of when it has been enough.

Through this I don't mean to equate the people around as dogs, but more so the thoughts and noise around them as insignificant and not of importance to really pay any mind to, same as one wouldn't give needless care for the barking of a dog or the whining of an unruly child.

In some cases with very belligerent people, I give them a few slaps astrally for their attitude towards me and some unsaid things I picked up on, combined with the evil eye technique from the JoS (which can be done without physically glaring at a person, but by purely using the third eye).

Their attitude changed on the spot.

After a while when enough power has been build, doing so is mostly effortless, or even almost subconscious.

At some point when one has a certain amount of power and presence, few people actually harbor negative intent or thoughts towards you, because your presence is subconsciously recognized as being superior, one that demands respect by just being present because of the superiority of the empowered soul.

Even if one is physically weaker then the other person, if your soul and mind power is multiple times greater than them, it is easy to dominate over a lesser person to put them in their place.

Power with the inner stability and knowledge to use it well gives one the tools to handle the unseen things one opens up to, as well as any other side effects that come from advancement.

Though the insomnia I still lack the knowledge to present a solution for, but from experience I did notice it becomes easier to function just fine on less sleep with enough empowerment.

One may need to use some herbal medicine to aid with sleep for a while if it is too disruptive, until one reaches more equilibrium within the self where the power that one has build doesn't overwhelm the being and can no longer disrupt the sleep.

All I can say on it is, do not let those side effects scare you away from advancement.

Toning down on empowerment can help, so long as you continue working on other aspects of yourself and don't completely drop it, as dropping it totally will cause a drop in your energies which can have a lot of nasty side effects, such as depression and mental weakness that can make one succumb to inner negativity.

When you advance you open up to a whole new world of things. Seeing people's inner thoughts and interacting with spirits as if they are living people are some of the few thing that one gains by opening up to the unseen world, this is just another part of reality that one is supposed to be able to see clear as day, but which gentile humanity has been closed of from because of the enemy curses.

It is a different dimension of existence that one reaches into and regains awareness of.

One does have to adjust to this, no different than a blind person regaining their sight will have to adjust to the visual world that opens up to them.

There are things one may rather not see, but you learn to manage your sight and tune out from things you don't want polluting your mind.

You also desensitize from things as well with time and experience, so small things no longer bother you. Inner stability, grounding and equilibrium within the self are key to achieve that.

Hail Satan!

Mate I got by like that for a couple years. You focus on relaxing the body and letting it rest. You experience that sleep paralysis because you're still consciously aware but your body is asleep.

I was craving that deep sleep. But if that happens you can get by with it.

It's like trance meditation.

Maybe meditation is more rejuvenating than sleep and you learn to need less with more bio electricity.

Apparently everything's supposed to get better if you continue and deal with it.

And maybe not every one will experience the light aware sleeping. I am an introvert and live in my head as it is.

Others more grounded might be able to log off and drift off.

A side effect of an over active mind I guess.

Indeed, insomnia should not be taken lightly. It can be triggered by many things, and persistent insomnia is not the most rewarding experience. But there is a difference between insomnia.

If one meditates or practices energy regularly, one may experience such complaints. Increased
sensitivity, working with energy can keep you awake, especially if you do high-energy meditation before going to bed.

Therefore, it is a good idea not to do high-energy meditation exercises before bedtime. The increased energy levels that meditation brings may play a role in this. Because we still have to adapt to the energy we receive.

In the initial stage, I think we may have more symptoms, because when we first do power meditation, for example, it can give us a big energy boost that can keep us awake for a long time. It's annoying at first, but then we get used to it and go back to the way we were.

For insomnia I don't know what exercises there are, but I can recommend one or two. For example, as I said, before bed, don't really do exercises that increase your energy levels. Another variation is the rune vibration. If I remember correctly, there is a rune that is good for insomnia.

Walking around in the outside world can actually pick up energies that are not the best for us. They can also get into our aura if it's not developed enough and we carry it with us. Therefore, as you wrote brother, it is worth programming our aura to avoid negative energies.

These energies can also be detrimental to insomnia because they damage our aura, they disrupt our energy levels. Here too, empty meditation is essential. Once we have a strong and controlled mind, we can easily remove them from ourselves.

Indeed. The reason I wrote that meditation practices should not be stopped once you start and you are doing well, because once you have reached a certain level in your meditations, you will not go back, whether you meditate or not, only once you know a lot, it would be worthwhile to continue on the ladder of progress.

Meditation, once you start, is like eating. We need it. Of course, if one stops, it does not mean that one loses all that one has learned and developed, but simply that one either takes a break or stops.
