Since I've been asking questions alot lately, I decided I needed to contribute somthing
a while back I got interested in biokinesis
and I've made my own technique for it
and I thought it may be of use to someone,
it doesn't dramsticly effect your anatomy ( atleast not yet)
but it works.
First, visualize the body part you want to change, I've been doing muscle groups.
I visualize myself as just my muscles
second, breath in either red or orange energy.
Take it in and visualize it flooding the muscle with it's color.
Soon you will probably feel this. ( I feel tingling in the desired area)
then while you feel this do some sort of exercise for the muscle.
Pushups for arms, situps for abs etc
but here's the good part, you don't have to do very many
if the feeling is somewhat intense, 10 will feel like 100
And once you get a feel for it, you can actualy do it all by visualization
I was laying in bed last night and thought of my ab muscles and all on their own the began to contract and relax!
It's all about training your mind to have TOTAL control over your entire body
involuntary becomes voluntary.
I hope some of you try this, it's working well for me so maybe it will work just as well or even better for you
