Greetings my lovely community.
I have a few questions for you about my current routine and any advice you could give me.
My current routine is:
1) 5x of the "Aum" series for each chakra, followed by focusing on each of them for 1 minute each
2) 10 min working for protection
3) 3x "sowilo" into each Chakra followed by 30 seconds of light-focusing on each chakra for cleaning
4) 9x sowilo into the aura followed by 2 minutes focusing on the aura for cleaning.
5) 20 minute working I am doing on something important.
What I am trying to do is offload some of the mantra + visualization into Hatha yoga instead, because doing all of this visualization in one sitting makes it extremely slow and inefficient, much like how doing 200 pushups at once is far slower than doing 200 pushups spaced out throughout the day.
So I plan to replace part 1 and part 2 with 30 minutes of the Hatha Yoga routine from the 40 day program, and then use the energy generated from that to make an AOP.
But I want to make sure I am keeping the chakras open and empowered, so they do not "close" from lack of energy, I know H.P Lydia once said that doing individual cleanings of each chakra keeps them stimulated, but I wanted to make sure. I might consider bumping it up to 6 sowilo for the cleaning if I can do the replacement.
So what I wanted to ask is if doing the Hatha Yoga routine will keep the main chakras properly open and empowered even if I am no longer doing mantras and visualizations on them.
Thank you again.
