So i read the Al Jilwah which resonates with me but it seems that the Black Book the Mashaf Res seems like a heap of crap. Sure there are some things here and there that possibly could make sense but the rest is just not worth the time and energy to even read.

Am I the only one with this opinion?

A more nuanced question.

How much of what is attributed to what Father Satan said in these books were actually said by Father Satan?

Things could have been added in that he did not say.

You are calling it crap due to lack of understanding.
It is crap though. It's corrupted and full of enemy doctrine and enemy stories. That's why it's not in the JoS site, unlike the Al Jilwah or the Quret Al Yezid.

I think we are told to treat it as sacred.

I don't think so. If it were sacred, it would be in the JoS site, like the Al Jilwah. It's not because it's corrupted and reads like the bible/quran. It's not even mentioned in JoS.

No, you're not the only one. The original creator of the JoS site is of the same opinion too, that's why she put the Al Jilwah and the Quret Al Yezid there as sacred Yezidi texts but not the Mashaf Resh. Because it's full of Muslim nonsense. The JoS page on the Yezidi doctrines says that even the Quret Al Yezid is corrupted. That Mashaf Resh must be so corrupted that it contains nothing useful, that's why it was rejected.

The opinions about it seems to vary.

So what I get from it is that JoS doesn't count this part as anything of significance because I can't find anything about it either on the website.

I thought you are talking about the ones that are on JoS since the PDF starts of with al-jilwah, I haven't read this so I can't judge it currently.

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV
