Samhain: Two New God Rituals - Bastet and Seshat

Thank you! 💖

Thank you for these beautiful Rituals!

I have performed both, and they were very profound. I felt a lot of energy in the extension of my 6th Chakra, at the back of my head. Especially during Goddess Bastet's Ritual for some reason. The energy was pronounced.

The Ritual for Goddess Seshat was beutiful as well. At the end while meditating on Her, I had an inspiring vision of Ancient Egypt being rebuilt and restotred to it's true glory. Except, it seemed more allegorical, like the Joy of Satanas was Ancinet Egypt. I got the sense we are "re-building it" through Her blessings. Re-building Satan's truth.

Hail Bastet!!
Hail Seshat!!

Thank You, Brother. I've been waiting to learn more about Bastet, and I knew very little of both Goddesses.
Questions about the rituals and pronounciation:

1. What's the Sistrum?
2. What's Sesheshet?
3. How's 'Sesheshet pronounced? (like, with or without the 'sh' sound as in 'wash'.. or are 's' and 'h' separated, so like.. "Ses-hass-hat"? I wouldn't want to offend the Gods with wrong pronounciation..)
4. Same question on Lady Seshat's name.. is it "Ses-hut" (with an open 'a', not the English 'a' as in 'hat')?

Can't think of more questions right now.. but I'm looking forward to more information from the coming articles.

HAIL SATANAS! AND HAPPY SAMHAIN!
Sistrum is a musical instrument that is played like a rattle

This is a beautiful post, especially with Karnonnos' post diving further into her history and attributes.
Super stoked to do these rituals, and we greatly appreciate the hard work ALL Clergy members and Guardians put in.
Happy Samhain everyone, and many blessings to all 💛 ✊

Thank you master for the wonderful message. Wonderful rituals for an interesting time. After performing these rituals I have never felt so specific. As if I celebrated all night :) Thank you and I wish everyone a wonderful Samhain.

If everyone can write some feedback for these Rituals, I would be very glad. I say this because I might update the Ritual of Seshat to make the Ritual even more effective. After we all did the Ritual some more information has surfaced (rare, but it can happen). Thanks everyone.
If your taking votes I say add the improvements, when it comes to the Gods I believe more is better and with things like this its best not to leave anything on the table and it could be regrettable to do so, you have done an incredible job with these rituals but if there's more what can be done I think it should be done, no effort for the God's is wasted and I am sure everyone here would agree.

In fact I think the very fact that this happened after we all did the Ritual of Seshat is strong evidence that it should be done, this knowledge may have come as a direct result of the ritual and thus would be a blessing from Seshat and may indicate her desire to have this knowledge as part of her ritual.

To HP Hoodedcobra and to everyone that contributed to this ritual and post my heart is full and I am truly deeply touched. I had been looking into Seshat just a week ago as her name kept repeating in my mind and have had Bastet as my guardian since the early days. I just can’t help but feel impressed at how far we’ve taken this and how much farther we can reach.

Off to do a couple RTR’s and these rituals. THANK YOU, I will forever be indebted to our JoS community and Father Satan for his blessings and his love of our people. I often hold back the tears as I’m continuously astounded by Satan, the Daemons/Gods and this community. Again thank you, english script/text fails to describe the weight of my gratitude.

Something incredible! Yesterday I did Thoth Power Ritual and thought that I would like to do a ritual for his wife Seshat, but I remembered that he was not there yet and decided that I would do Thoth's ritual again on Samhain, when suddenly the ritual for Seshat was published. My happiness knows no bounds! Dreams come true, thoughts materialize. Happy Samhain to everyone! Glory to our Ancient Egyptian Gods!

I really enjoyed the Rituals, Seshat rituals have me dreams that where rather personal and also freeing.
Bastet ritual is awesome, I still feel her power up till now. A very hard to explain but noticeable effects

I'm glad these rituals came out.

Bastet is one of the few Demons that I believe I've seen astrally. She is very beautiful with an absolutely heart warming and friendly energy. Though she did not appear in a cat like form for me. She really is most often accompanied by cat-like familiars that act as protection in some way.

Those with similar experience, know it's an absolute blessing to have their image and presence ingrained in their memory, in which they can be channeled directly without the need of a sigil.

After doing the ritual for Bastet, I focused on the image I had of her from that vision and I felt that she was happy. It also kinda served as my apology for not invoking her by formal means 😅

I also felt the shen ring had her energy too, which means that it's very effective.

She is one of the few gods fortunate to retain a positive image and significance in the modern world, perhaps the most out of all.

Rituals have more to them than this; this one left me with a singular doubt over a Name (these will be included in the update of this Ritual) but this became really apparent and clear after the Ritual was being done. This is one of the rarest cases, as Seshat has a very complex name structure.

Nepthys will also be among the next Rituals, which is also amazing.

thanks HPHC for new Gods Rituals..

hopely can be nephtys and erishkegal or osiris.

Some Gos rituals have different signature, and I'm based on personal experience with the rituals, example; Abrasax, Lilith, Khnum and Bastet. There's this ancient primordial dark power and consciousness I get when I did their ritual. More like Ancient and that kind of feeling like they're sole sovereignty, don't get me wrong they're superior and don't mistake me trying to say they can exist alone but they feel like that with a very great effect on my consciousness like I can feel the original state of my mind before refinement of any kind.
Secondly just like Raum ritual after the second day I could know and detect and even follow the flow of some events and I'm experiencing same with bastet. A very serious sourge of power between my eyes, middle of my brain and my whole brain and body. More like an extra consciousness I'm plugged into very vivid and very observable like I can touch and definitely can feel it.
I'll give it time so I can feel Seshat better, though after the time I felt myself better.

Hail The HOODEDCOBRA 666

I think the God rituals should have a personal journal where you can keep writing your personal experiences cos the experience and lessons and miracles always keep coming. I think in the forums people should keep writing on the page for that particular God as long as they keep having experiences.
I didn't write about Raum in the post but I will like to share some unique, I found that His energy and consciousness was very protective of my energy and I knew when everytime when someone tried to steal or drain energy from me especially by interaction so I just blocked it out some way.
Same goes with how Marbas helped me understand how the flow of energy was key in our living and manifesting. I also asked Marbas to teach me something about sex and he showed me that the pleasure of sex was more beginning from the storage of energy before the action itself and how energy is directly relative to the pleasure we want to feel, he actually made me more reasonable concerning the topic of sex which most people lack, "reasonability on the topic of sex"
The most beautiful thing about the God rituals is mostly to me what I become on my way to what I ask them about, that's the pleasure for me, that's the beauty for me; the wisdom, abilities, learning, consciousness etc ..
They have also taught me that if have to be consistent as they share their life with me /us, don't waste it on bad habits cos you just start from the beginning again.

HAIL SATAN!

These are very beautifully crafted Rituals, as always. The Shenu-Rings do get even more impressive each time. I am surprised every time how much of the respective Gods/Goddesses Energy can be represented with it.

Lady Bastet's Shenu kept reminding me of a cat's face, with the head on the sistrum in the middle being the nose of the cat.. Made me feel like I was beeing watched by one of Her cats throughout the Ritual. 😺

Also, It seems the circle on the left side of Lady Bastet's Sigil got cut of?

As for the effects of the Rituals themselves, I am just starting to be able to discern different types of energies better. But this time it was pretty noticeable for me with Lady Bastet's Ritual. Usually, I start to feel the God's Energy radiating out from my Heart Chakra.

Going out from my Heart Chakra, the Energy started to flow up into my Female Chakras, but also very noticeably into my Hand Chakras. The Chakra on the palm of my right Hand has been quite active from the beginning of my Meditation process, the Energy points on the right side of my body are generally more active, but this time I really felt the left side lightening up a bit more and a soft bliss gently radiating out from my hands.

The Energy itself was very soft and gentle, yet the strong Power laying behind was noticeable. Like a cat nuzzling up on you and letting you rub it's belly, but still with the implication that it has claws and teeth to defend itself if neccesary.

At the end of the Ritual, while doing the last affirmations, suddenly I got the vision of a group of egyptian women standing together and shaking the Sistrum each time I vibrated the Aum. It was a short glimpse, but very interesting.

I performed Lady Seshat's Ritual right after, but Her Energies are very subtle and yesterday it felt like they worked hand in hand with Lady Bastet's Energies, building up on one another (as has been written about by JG Karnonnos: "In tandem with Bastet, Seshat’s divine role consisted in laying the foundation for Bastet to use her own forces of power, protection and longevity for any fixed entity.")

But I noticed my Third Eye becoming very active, to the point that a little muscle around the area of my eyebrows started twiching. Today I woke up, seeing a different kind of blue swirling around my inner eyes. A Lighter and softer type of blue than usual when I close my eyes and concentrate.

Today I want to start with Lady Seshat's Ritual and do Lady Bastet's Ritual after, to see how my perception of Their Energies will be this time.

Hail Lady Bastet! 🐈‍⬛

Hail Lady Seshat! 🌟

I reached out to the Gods on my own terms, to demark the occasion of these rituals and Samhain. Oftentimes, when I reach out for communication, there can be a short "lag time" when I first begin receiving their energies, after which it becomes absolutely certain for me that's what I'm feeling, usually thanks to certain psychic indicators. Usually this all happens within a couple of minutes, but this time, I had an immediate clarity of energy. I knew straight away, without any delay, and the usual indications of communion were there pretty instantly. I had no initial struggle on my end feeling anything. There was a sense of ease and smoothness to it, moreso than in previous times I've attempted contact, which goes without saying, is all a wonderful feeling.

Thank you again, for everything you do.

Hail to Bastet and Seshat once more.

You are very correct, we are going to fix this, no worries. The new sigils are far better, thankfully. They look majestic and very strong.

This is excellent to know, thank you.

Seshat is the Patroness of all knowledge and a very respected Goddess of supernal power. In Ancient Egypt, many of Her functions related to the dedication of buildings. As a Patroness of divine geometry and mathematics, this was in no way a minor role. Every aspect of Egypt's religious system was dependent on the visions laid forth by Her.

She advised Astrologers, astronomers, architects and others on the optimal conditions to build lasting structures and eternal monuments, emblems of civilization as a whole. Her instructions led people to find the most energetic areas for further growth of any project, including temples and settlements necessary for the expansion of Egyptian civilization. Egypt's uniquely enduring and everlasting imprint as a visible civilization of tens of thousands of years can be attributed to the precepts of Her Orders.

The Complete Temples of Egypt, Richard H. Wilkinson

Seshat’s name in Hieroglyphs means 'female scholar' or 'female scribe'. Within this is not just a code to Her sex as a Goddess, but also a reference to the types of occult processes in Seshat's concerns, which are negative and magnetic in terms of polarity, of the female characteristic.

Her functions were not merely in the endowment of structures or settlements. Seshat was always engaged in writing the Book of Life and Death delineating the lifespan of beings. Similarly, Seshat was known to dwell by the Tree of Life itself alongside Her husband and Her inscriptions on the fallen leaves below the Tree were said to indicate a being’s finite lifespan, evocative of one of the lines of the Iliad:

Iliad

In contrast, having one’s name etched on the trunk of the Tree by Thoth or Seshat indicated potential immortality and engagement in the process of Magnum Opus.

Seshat, like Thoth, occupied a distinct position as a psychopomp or guide to the dead. Allusions exist to Her importance in this being to guide people to say the correct words in death and to continue to incarnate to higher realms of existence by using their intelligence, courage and wiles.

View attachment 4495

The Greeks knew Seshat by the concept of the Fates or Moirai, named as Klotho (Spineress), Lakesis (Apportioness of Lots) and Atropos (She Who Cannot Be Turned). Atropos in the image above holds a scroll analogous to the tablet or scroll of Seshat. Via their spindle, the Moirai would spin a thread demonstrating the lifespan of any being visually. This concept of Fate indicates Seshat’s primacy in ordering the forces of destiny and Karma. Nemesis, who is equivocated with Ma’at, was the sister of the Moirai and dealt with enforcing natural laws surrounding the beginning and end of beings.

In this kind of imagery, Klotho carries a spindle and distaff, Lakesis carries a staff or spindle pointing to the horoscope to a globe representing the set ‘lot’ of a being and Atropos carried a tablet and a stylus used to inscribe the names of Life and Death. They were said to rule over the substance of moira which the Gods were not involved with as They held the free will of beings to be sacred: only Zeus Moiragetes as the Head of Gods could control moira. Yet Their decrees were still conditional, as one could avert the Fates and Their moira, provided they possessed the ultimate wisdom. One code here is that the use of proper intelligence as represented by Thoth (Hermes) and Seshat can alter the mandated pathway and limitations of a being altogether. The Fates play a major role in the ascension of the soul and Magnum Opus in ‘allowing’ the seemingly impossible to be made possible.

In Greek mythology, Seshat was also represented by the Titaness named Mnemosyne. Here Her roles were consigned to being a divine figure presiding over the functions of memory and being a patroness of the arts, bearing the Nine Muses ruling over the creative arts by Zeus. She was involved in transcribing the deeds of rulers and invoked whenever poems, stories or plays were about to begin.

Her role in the Greek pantheon may seem indirect, yet in speech Mnemosyne was the most invoked Goddess in conversation of the entire pantheon. Greek culture strongly relied on oral retelling and sophisticated methods of mental acquisition through dialogue. It was hoped via the intercession of Mnemosyne that the parties involved would remember all important elements and draw on their talents of all lives past and present.

SYMBOLS OF SESHAT

Seshat is associated most with the seven-pointed horns emerging from Her headdress. Seven as a number is important to Her symbolism, being a union of the spiritual and physical and the birth of the mind. For this reason, one of Her names was 'Seven-Horned'.

View attachment 4497
These seven horns represent the empowerment of the seven Chakras and the balance in taming the whims of the seven stars (planets) associated with those Chakras in attaining ultimate wisdom. In dwelling next to the Tree of Life, Thoth and Seshat both wrote the names of immortals on the trunk of the sacred Tree, an analogy for the ascension and eternal life.

In this sense, with the ever-present symbolism of using Her stylus and pen, Seshat represents what is 'inscribed' and 'recorded' in one's Karma and the House of Life, analogous to Her representation as Moirai or the Fates.

Most of all, She represents that the proper use of wisdom from the seeds of knowledge can overcome all aspects of personal Karma in relation to these hitherto unknown forces and lead one to immorality if wielded correctly. Visually, the horns of Seshat are analogous to the the rays of light from a light source, the sturdiness of a tree, the life-cycle of a flower and other visual symbols related to being enlightened, growing and patient.

Seshat serves as a symbol of enlightenment. She is a master scientist and mathematician. The imagery of Her starry headdress serves as a symbol for the progression of civilization through technological achievement as well as the soul and indicates Her link to Isis (Astarte). Her collaboration with Thoth shows that the male and female union when guided properly can produce genius, an allegory for the hermaphroditic nature of Mercury as a planet. Some male-female teams throughout history have led to significant advancements, such as Pierre and Marie Curie.

View attachment 4498

One symbol of Seshat that is known visually is the procedure of the 'stretching cord' used at temples where She would be accompanied by Horus or Thoth to establish certain angles and perspectives for corners of the temple in relation to the stars and the horizon for any prospective building project. The ending procession parallels the clockwise ending motion of the Standard Ritual: it would begin at the east (the horizon point, the gate of entrance for the temple) and end at the north (the point of darkness).

Seshat was commonly associated with Bastet and Ma'at, alongside Horus, Hathor, Isis and Nephthys. In tandem with Bastet, Seshat’s divine role consisted in laying the foundation for Bastet to use her own forces of power, protection and longevity for any fixed entity. Both Goddesses ruled over aspects of time: Seshat was considered the ‘Mistress of Keeping’ with her powers called forth during important dates such as the thirty-third year of the ruling Pharaoh’s reign. Both Bastet and Seshat were associated with the Powers of Thoth.

Her role in respect of Ma'at concerned recounting deeds of the individual when weighing the 'feather in the balance'. She often is represented wearing clothing made of leopard skin which was also worn by priests of Egypt and represented the stars, also representing her immense powers in maintaining the cosmic order.

OCCULT ASPECTS OF SESHAT

As Seshat did not have sprawling temple structures related to Her, many modern historians consider Her role to be minor or downgraded in lieu of Her husband, Thoth. This is a misconception about the occult nature of the roles of Thoth and Seshat. Even in Egyptian works, Seshat is referenced as being the Equal in Power and Justice to Thoth.

Conversely to Thoth, Seshat represents the type of knowledge that is passively gained from inscription in the memory. She also represents the point in mental processes at which this can be brought out via recall and refined into something durable and coherent, similarly to the foundation or cornerstone of a building. Another aspect of the mind that She represents is the point where knowledge is not directly pursued and simply accumulates with necessary rest, day by day, a required function for any kind of acquisition of knowledge.

This resting quality is part of why She is related to books and documents, being a Patroness of libraries, archives and other kinds of institutions concerned with what has been written down and symbolically becomes memory in reserve beyond the view of perception. One of her names is She Who is Foremost of the Library. All realms of literature are also under Her command.

View attachment 4499

She was also the Patroness of history in itself. In terms of altered states, Seshat rules over certain types of psychic powers such as remote viewing that humans are able to unlock at certain levels of development. Psychic abilities such as remote viewing make the past, present and even many futures accessible and inscribable. These qualities are largely represented in Mnemosyne who was also equated with being the arbiter of history and the literary arts.

Seshat is known as a friendly Deity to humanity who will often assist whenever Thoth (Hermes) cannot do so. Both Thoth and Seshat are exceptionally hard-working and high-level Deities. Her eternal and enduring bond with Thoth is highly known.

May the intercessions of Divine Seshat give us all the words that help our lives endure forever, the memories that will assist us in solving any puzzle the universe brings forth and the fortitude to have our names written on the Tree of Life. May Seshat bless your minds and souls to climb higher and achieve full potential!

Greetings to everyone and I wish everyone the most spooky and beautiful Halloween for 2024. As many are longing for a schedule, the Rituals below for the wonderful Goddesses Seshat and Bastet are perfect for us to do, in order to bless them and in return receive their blessings, love and support.

We are continuing steadfast on the full restoration of the Gods and the culture, whilst blessing ourselves and moving forward into their glorious purpose and light for the Joy of Satanas and ourselves. The Gods know our community is the most serious and most focused in their veneration and their most trusted fellowship. As they observe us doing what we are supposed to be doing, we are gaining their love and favor like nobody else ever could in this world.

Tasked with holy and supernal tasks, they are always behind us, in support and with their eternal love.

With a lot of happiness I announce the Rituals for these two wonderful Goddesses. This post will be updated with two wonderful articles for each Goddess by JG Karnonnos (Which will be checked thoroughly to contain more information and expanded - same as the other Gods and Goddesses). Of course, more Gods are upcoming.

Basted and Seshat are two very important, most prominent and noble Ancient Egyptian Goddesses (and universal Goddesses). Bastet is very well known; Seshat is equivalent to the Ancient Fates and they both have enormous aspects which will be understood through the Rituals.

Two more Rituals will come before or during the conclusion of this Schedule.

The duration of these Rituals is until November 5th.

May the Great Goddesses bless us all and may our collective works for all of them be recognized, forevermore.

I made the ritual for Bastet and her energy and I felt her energy.

Hail Shaitan
Hail Haagenti
Hail Seshat

There appears to be some kind of error for the ritual for Queen Bastet, the sigil below is not the golden named one and instead the red JoS one, obviously it worked perfectly for receiving the blessing from Bastet, however it seemed like something that occurred due to error and so I wanted to highlight it as last time I did the ritual it was definitely golden at the bottom.

Seshat ritual for the first or second time definitely hard to explain but, the first time I had a dream immediately after the ritual it was so personal and it felt like I was relieved of something when I woke up, I felt like myself (exactly) , like how I should be when I was born.
Yes, her power really engulfed my aura very strongly., And I must say I have serious clarity after the ritual.
I believe with time and more participation I can be more open to her

Thank you, High Priest Hooded Cobra.

I waited for days for the ritual of my guardian demon, and she just told me to 'wait'.

In that moment I realized that some things are only shaped by patience, time and hope, and that waiting is the beginning of a deep transformation. Everything has its time and place.

When the right moment comes, the meaning of waiting is revealed. That moment is the fruit of patience and hope.

I dont know how everyone else does the rituals. But what I do is find a printable full page calendar and print it out landscape. Like this one for example.

then I go to this website that tells the void of course moons

Then on each day I write in the times of the void of course moon for every day on the calendar. I do this because somewhere here on JOS I read not to do the rituals during the void of course moon. Not sure if I am correct or not on that point but I do that. But anyway I then write in the current ritual schedules for the gods like Bastet and Seshat for example on each day and then I check them off when I am finished along with any RTRs. Then I have a rewarding record of activity to remind me of what I did. I tape the calendar right on the table where I have my dedicated ritual computer with some of the ritual paraphernalia next to it. At the end of the month I can look and see my accomplishment for the past month.

Be sure to set the time zone for your area on the Void of Course moon page, to get the time right for you.

The ritual is good.
But I passed out from sleep and didn't do the session afterwards.
The sigils are getting better and better (as already mentioned)

But I don't think I have a keen sense of perception or know what standards need to be met to make the rituals more effective.

Even though Satan's ritual only has four verses, it's still the strongest I've ever done.
Set's too, I could feel the energy

I also felt the energy of Marbas very well, as his sigils are easy to visualize.

Hello does anyone have the pdfs for these rituals please
How much of a hurry you are in? I will do these eventually, but my other computer is still waiting for a replacement part.
