This technique was taught to me in Nepal by some monks.
It is useful for inducing trance.
It is done as follows:
- Sit on your right spine.
- Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
- View a flowing river.
Mentally repeat:
"No one and nothing disturbs the flow of the river"
That's it !
