I'm female young adult and have been getting constant recurring utis or just a burning pain that comes and goes for the past 4 years now. I've been to the er several times the meds don't seem to get rid of it. What can I do to help or fix this? Are there any runes or meditations that might help this? Should I ask a demon for help I'm still a beginner so not sure how to go about this.

Hello :)

Other members will be able to give advice, but in the meantime, have you tried cranberry juice? Drinking it daily clears up and prevents UTIs. I've been told taking apple cider vinegar also helps, you can get it in tablet/pill form.

Also look into what you wash yourself with. Use just basic olive oil soap, or other handmade soap, goat milk or oat milk soaps are great. Avoid scented body washes.

Apply coconut oil, not any scented lotions to that area.

If you are sexually active, make sure your partner is clean, his hands too. I don't mean clean from STIs, but physically clean, showering daily and washing his hands before touching you there. People pick up all sorts of dirt and germs on our hands, and if he touches you there, or if you touch yourself, it can cause UTIs. If you use lubricants, these might be the cause, you can switch to coconut oil instead.

I agree with what HP Lydia stated, hygiene is an important factor, use natural products for cleaning etc. Also if you shave yourself down there stop that, pubic hair is a very important layer of defense. Once you strip yourself from this layer, problems like the one you are facing are more likely to occur, instead of shaving you can trim it.

For getting rid of infections a mixture of extra virgin olive oil and freshly chopped garlic will do the trick, both are incredible in killing off the infection. Mix the 2 together in a small cup or bowl and let it sit for 20 or so minutes, now apply this to the area that is infected. I do not know if there's a negative effect if apply to intimate spots, so if you want to try this, do avoid direct contact to the area, go slightly above it. If you feel a tingling and itchy sensation when this is applied it means its fighting the infection properly.

Also light exercises & earthing / grounding (Skin to earth contact) will help to reduce inflammation.
