What should I pay attention to in breathing exercises?
Breathing is the natural process to where the human soul absorbs energy. This is something very natural, you could say that this absorbing mechanism is tied to the breath - and as you breathe you absorb energy automatically.

However you can also absorb energy without breathing, but it is way easier and more natural if you focus on the breath.

While meditating try to tune into this process, feel it, and amplify it with your perception and will. You will feel the flow of energy, that is naturally induced and can empower it.
