Since Qigong has been discussed recently I'd like to share one I know of. I don't think it's really considered a Qigong by the people who use it but that's the simplest way to describe what it is.
In English it's called "reeling silk."
It was devised in order to teach the underlying body skills required to properly do a Taiji form.
The first 2 minutes is the main exercise.
Here are videos of two different masters giving pointers.
Bonus video of Taiji skills in action. How often do you see a Taiji guy instead of a Judo champion land a clean throw on a guy several weight classes above them?
The main health benefit of Qigong is to engage and develop the body's fascia, which this exercise does very well.
I strongly believe the fascia is the part of our body that turns ambient energy into bioelectricity when we do energy breathing.
Any Zevist interested in physical activity that raises the energy should at least be aware of all the above.
