New here, been lurking for a little bit. I'm currently working on developing a consistent meditation habit, but I have a question I've never been able to find an answer to, that maybe one of you would know. When I'm meditating, it feels like the left side of my body is either missing or weaker somehow. It's kind of annoying because sometimes it will feel like I'm leaning off to the side even though physically I am sitting up straight. It's only really noticeable when my eyes are closed and I'm trying to feel my body, but it's always struck me as odd. Any ideas on why this might be, and how to fix it? Thanks.
