Question about raising energy

There is something I'm curious about. There are 2 Mantras to raise energy. SATANAS mantra and ''ek ong Kara SaTaNa'aMa Shiri Vhaa Guru'' mantra given by HPS Maxine, which one raises more energy?

There is also the Merkaba meditation to raise a lot of energy, but it is too complicated for me, if I remember correctly it has 18 steps and it increases intense energy in a short time. I would like to do that if it wasn't so complicated for me.

I've practiced both mantras extensively and find that SATANAS is significantly stronger and more intense, especially when used within the chakras, moving from the Base up to the Crown chakra. You can either vibrate all the letters of the mantra within a single chakra or assign one letter per chakra as you move upwards. As you do this, visualize your chakra glowing in a brilliant white-gold light or visualize its natural, vibrant color becoming more vivid and powerful.

This technique can also be applied from the Base up to a specific chakra of choice, or to the Pineal gland, to concentrate energy in that area - either to help unblock it or to strengthen and empower it.

It is very important to balance your energies using the Sun/Moon meditation after each meditation session, or as a final step right before performing your Aura of Protection. Lord Buer and Amon-Ra emphasized the importance of this to me many years ago - and to this day, I am very grateful they did.

The Merkaba meditation elevates your vibrational state, which makes it easier to manifest your desires and connect you to the higher realms. If this practice feels too complex or involves too many steps right now, it may help to focus on simpler meditations until you feel ready. You can also try incorporating the Merkaba occasionally to familiarize yourself with it at your own pace.

I forgot to mention that the Praise Satan mantra definitely has its perks. My aura grew significantly larger and brighter with this mantra. The energies feel subtler and more refined. It’s helpful to engage your astral senses with this mantra (or in general, really), by visualizing and feeling them spinning - each one spinning with a brilliant white-gold light that expands throughout your entire being, until your being radiate like a miniature sun.
