Question #675: Astral travel/projection

I have been in the SS for 6 years. But I still can't comprehend astral travel/projection. What i need to do to reach it?

The 4thchakra is responsible for astral projection. And it is not the only factor for projecting. The pineal gland as well as the ability with trance serve this purpose.
