No you aren't truly alone. Not only are the Gods always there, you can reach out and talk with us right here any time. Don't let sorrow rule you. Harming yourself will do you no good, Take out anger in healthy ways, do meditations to boost your happiness. Healing takes time but you're in the right place to start practicing true self care. All the resources you need are in JOS. And also in these forums. You'll have to take the first steps out of this depression but Father Satan and the Gods will be there to lead you once you do. Trust me, I know a good deal about feelings this way. As a person who's picked themselves up from feeling so down I stand here stronger now than ever, and you can too you just have to start trying. You aren't alone. You never will be alone. We are here if you need to ask any more questions. Stay strong and speak to Father Satan about this, ask him to help you, but remember you have to help yourself as well.
