Retrograde saturn has been a bastard towards me but i feel it would've been much worse if I didn't do routine meditations.

I still feel desperate, and I want some extra help.

I know who my Guardian Demoness is, and I want to pray to her.

But I don't know how to pray because I unlearned the generic way of praying as seen on generic tv.

I don't know if I'll make it to 2025 before I kill myself.

Please help.

Memorize the sigil of your Guardian or that of Satan, or have it in front of you to keep as a reference. Calm your mind and enter a meditative state. From here, visualize the sigil and just talk. The key is to relax, straining to draw each line of the sigil perfectly in your mind is counterproductive.
