I've been meditating almost daily for a while now but I still can't figure it out how to get into a trance. I've tried many times but I just don't know how to do it. Once I start relaxing, I start feeling the energy in my body so that's kinda the opposite for trance when I'm supposed to not feel my body. Any tips for this? Thank you!
