Sorry if you feel alone. I know loneliness and may be hard, but also, a time to look inside yourself in silence.
If you want to correct this situation, first it is advisable to look for the causes.
- Have you any Planet or configuration in your Natal Chart showing you are a loner? If yes, you are living accordingly to your essence. In case yes, you should feel OK in loneliness. We don't always need to be fully social, as society pretends all need to be like this. Each of us is different.
- Do you have any unknown fear of people, society, relationships or any hang-up about self esteem, your aspect or value? All of this, may keep you blocked at home because of a fear, you don't even (consciously) know - while your unconscious mind is in alarm for social contact and keeps you isolated all the time.
- Are people in your country/city desirable? If you live in aggressive, overmixed or not pleasant environment, your mind may be refusing to go out not to face unpleasant situations.
I have never used it. But self-hypnosis or repeated affirmations with Munka mantra meditation, would help to both bringing issues to the surface and correcting them. Because, if you do want to be social but you are not able to go out, the problem is unconscious most likely.
