I have a personal question here concerning foot health.
What causes bunions and corns? And is there a way you can prevent getting them? 🤭 because I do have a couple of corns, and they are very painful as well as ugly. And it's kind of an embarrassment for me especially when I go out dancing. And put on high heel shoes and dress nice for the evening, and can't. Because of these foot issues..

Those shoes cause those problems and makes them worse.

I also think high heels are symbolic of the woman "trying to get higher" or indeed, showing she needs heels to be "higher" thus a form of instilled-social-inferiority compensation.
I noticed they are not used by more advanced society in terms of women freedom, independence and higher social level, like Nordic countries. A sign their women do not need to artificially raise themselves, as they already raised in terms of personality and social and sexual value.
Just my view on this. As a man I do not like to see heel on women, but it's personal.

Heels advertise sexuality by making the butt stick out and accentuate curves on the legs and feet, it also emphasizes delicateness/gracefulness. That's why they're usually a formal or "date night" piece.

There isn't any weird inferiority complex involved here. Different cultures and different individuals have different preferences. High heels have historically been symbolic of high status & refinement, especially in Europe.

There can be a family history or lifestyle or biological factors that predispose you to developing bunions/corns. Poor fitting shoes or using shoes improperly can lead to the development of bunions.

Men can get them too, heels are not a specific cause. When do you see normal men wearing high heels? Never. Why doesn't everyone who ever wore shoes with elevated heels get them? Because it's a predisposition that's inflamed by improper shoe fit.

High heels are not intended to be worn all the time or for prolonged intense activity anyway, they're really for special occasions. There is an issue in general with poor fitting shoes that warp the anatomy of our feet in the west and cause problems, like toe boxes that are too narrow.

Women in particular often feel pressure to squeeze into shoes that are too small for them, and combined with design issues that don't accomodate us properly like narrow toe boxes, this can lead to problems.

It would be best to talk to a podiatrist or someone who is an expert on feet & shoes. Some athletic shoe stores help runners find the best shoe for them, so maybe you can ask for advice at your dance studio or the shoe store.

I don't know anything about these issues, as they are not something I ever had need to study. I would advice consulting a podiatrist, as mentioned above by Epiphany.

This is a combat bunions, you should attract men who like fighting girls with it, and so you can of course use ointment, solutions and injections

Regarding the health of your feet, you should consult a professional orthopedist.

I myself visited an orthopedist several times when I was a teenager and wore low-quality shoes, the recommendations of an orthopedist solved all my problems that I had then.
