Hello.
1) When I enter a deep trance, I periodically notice how I begin to subtly sway my upper body left and right. Sometimes - with the head, but forward and backward. It's an almost unconscious process. What could it be?
2) I live in a situation where the time really worth meditating (5 minutes, for example... and not half a minute) ends too quickly. And when I jump out of the trance, then for a couple of seconds I see... A reddish vignette, somewhat reminiscent of the “Noise” filter? (as they do in images) Or simply colorless, but dense “Noise”. With what it can be connected? I seem to be trying to make the exit from trance as smooth as possible...
