Question #4932: consecration ritual

to consecrate objects to Satan, in this case the pendulum, must I perform the ritual during the full moon?
I also wanted to ask if the blue or black candle was needed, I live with Catholic parents and I’m afraid that they will discover me

If you do it on full moon, it would be more powerful but you don't have to wait till full moon.
Satans colora are blue, Black and red so all of them are fine. For concecration I reccomend red or blue.
Satan wants us to be safe, so it is okay to act like a Christian Sheep at the times you are with your family. Don't feel guilty about it.
