No, reincarnation is not tied to having offspring in the previous life. Reincarnation is simply the soul entering into a new body (whilst physical birth) whenever the "right time" comes naturally.

Interesting question on reincarnation.

I've read of people reincarnating or being told by their respective Demon people reincarnate into similar most compatible form.

But can people reincarnate outside their looks?

For example: People state the Souls of the Gods and their sublime bodies are either extremely close or outright they've taken their soul and body beyond the looks of their best.

For example someone might look spectacular soul wise but physically perhaps not the best. At the same time is it possible someone can look ugly, die, and reincarnate to look superior in their physical vessel?

Also can people reincarnate into vessels that look superior than their souls or is not their souls subrace?

For example can a White person who is dark Aryan i.e. Brown eyes/black hair reincarnate in a Nordic or other Subrace of the white race despite not their soul look?

In other words our, our looks fixed to one specific template? Or like water can we "flow" so to speak into new vessels and be superior?

They say the Soul of people stays youthful or can look different. Are there people who have physical vessels superior than their souls appearance and can perform the necessary achievements to make their soul as good or better than their physical vessel or should I state bring their soul to this higher-level and improve the person's template to a superior template within a respective racial/tribal cohesive resolve?

Look at it another way, yes. With fewer people having children, there is less chance of reincarnation. So we can say: if there are no newborns in the world, there will be no reincarnation, that is, no reincarnation without children.

For individuals, there may well be no such restriction. For example, who would stop people who die before they grow up from being reincarnated? Besides, people who don't like children, they shouldn't have children.
