if I do Kundalini-Yoga [Kundalini Yoga for the kidneys, or Hatha-Yoga], working on my kidneys, then [in my experience] I can counteract that adverse effect of energy drinks, right? if I do it for 10 minutes every single day, I can prevent problems, right? I don't drink many energy drinks, but I don't plan to stop.
furthermore, I do some breathing exercises, like Fire Breathing and I do Sat-Nam & Sat-Nam Kriya instead.
