my question is, what can i do to increase my will and motivation? i smoke too much and have a negative lifestyle [i have money, by negative lifestyle i mean destroying my health] and i feel that im hopeless.

one minute i think jos is great, the next minute i think it's stupid. i don't even know who i am. i want to be a national socialist, i want to be strong, but i feel like i don't care about anything and i don't feel motivated. i spend my days smoking, depressed, sad and bored for many years. i plan to start drinking alcohol.

The next day, when you receive your coffee made by yourself with this in mind, when it is easier to get some clothes and so on, you will feel grateful.

As much as you can, think about your future, however, not in idealized terms. Practical. Always think about you in the future. As a byproduct of doing this you will act and start being concerned about resolving these things.

Constantly remind yourself of this. You need to change your thought process. Your job is to fix things for yourself ahead of time. Use time for your own benefit, not as a victim or reactively.

You are not lost, you are not anything else but only missing some self-management and I hope with the above you can gather some momentum and you will see that this type of activity called Discipline will make your life very beautiful and will improve everything.

With Cigarette smoking,. you have to kind of wean yourself.
You have to step down, little by little. Looking at where you're at,?
And then step down to like one or two less cigarettes a day.
That's not an easy road, either way you look at it.
But to slow down? Or quit. Takes a lot of self control and patience.
Don't be hard on yourself. Okay!❤️ Yes we allmake bad choices in life.

So mainly, you have addictions and no will. You will have more will by removing bad habits, because they drain your energy and make you feel bad.

In the video I will give link below to, long story short, there is a method for quiting addictions and it works like that: if you want give into this bad habit, do it, BUT do it with full awareness, which means that entire time you are doing this habit, you are observing what are you doing that moment, what you feel etc..

He explained what it changes in your brain and how it was used by 300 monks and all of them quited their addictions. Also, I actually discovered this method more or less one hour ago and tried this and this what I can experienced:

I was watching my liked short videos on YouTube and I was fully aware of that. While watching and listening, I was focused on what my eyes see and ears hear. I was also saying to myself what I am doing this moment (e.g. "I am searching for next video" or "I see some badass character") and what I feel and think (e.g. "What I feel right now? Is it calmness?" or "I feel that because of this pleasure, and don't think about my problems at all"). And it would usually last longer, but this time, after 5-10 minutes of watching YT, I just didn't want to do it at all. So I put away my phone and I was reflecting on that and then I felt happiness (because it worked greatly) and later on I felt anger and motivation combined (it was like the strive for a goal) and later I calmed down. But in the end, it worked.

Thank you brother but I take no credit for the wording of the definition of discipline here, it is something I learned myself in the best wording as well.

How we see things matters a lot, because for me, instant gratification versus delayed one, is logical and all, but didn't made me apply it. Reaction or conscious action. But when you say planning ahead of your problems, putting your future self needs ahead of your present ones, although is the same thing, it is completely different.

I also contemplated what I would do when I'm old If I do certain things, how bad or desperate of a situation. But most important motivation from this was not from fear, but inspiration, how proud of myself and loving of existence I would be at certain ages if I do certain things now.

This also can be combined with many things, pleasure vs happiness, and this is about only brainwashing. We have been brainwashed to look for effects and not causes. We are told to seek delusions and not the actual building blocks towards the real things.
