what is the exact difference between hatha yoga and other types of yoga ??which is the most beneficial ??what are the yoga poses which HPS lydia posts in her main page

Hatha yoga is most beneficial for beginners and advanced.

HPS Lydia in her main page shows hatha yoga asanas.

In hatha yoga one remains still in asana(position) for any amount of time comfortable for one,

Specific asanas(poses) are for stimulating specific chakras, and in turn bringing specific benefits

This yoga is grounding, slowing you down, relaxing and etc., and it is spiritual next to Kundalini Yoga

Hatha yoga mainly used for balancing one’s Ida and pingala (left and right sides) and opening sushumna(middle nadi/energy channel) which is main thing in our goal, trough this channel Kundalini Serpent of Satan can ascend.

This yoga is for balancing, loosening up joints, and loosen energy stuck in your body, with time blockages of low energy in one’s body becomes dissolved,

Being serious in hatha yoga, and doing it responsibly with persistence and consistency results in letting go of addictions and one starts enjoying life,

Because mainly hatha yoga poses focuses on glands which are located in places of chakras, these glands are responsible for generating hormones of happiness, they generates them and distributes it trough one’s body,

Asanas focuses on stimulating these glands, and rising frequency of chakras at the same, more raised frequency in chakra, more it stimulates glands from this raised electricity.

And at the same time one trains mind and body to be able to handle these higher level of energy by doing these asanas..

All this prepares one for Kundalini yoga:

Kundalini yoga is for advanced practitioner, it has fast, and sudden moves like breath of fire is involved,

Kundalini yoga raises energy very high and creates tapas(Sanskrit word for heat.)

Kundalini yoga stimulates all chakras strongly, and gives boost of energy.

Also it stimulates Kundalini Serpent of Satan.

In the past I was doing kundalini in the morning to have a good wake up, and in the evening I was doing Hatha yoga, because in the evening one is more relaxed and more flexible so one is able more to get deep in asanas.

Mainly in our path we focus on these two types of yoga, because these are not corrupted,

classical hatha yoga with 84 poses and kundalini yoga are most effective in reaching Godhead

Kundalini yoga is extremely powerful, and should be considered after one feels ready, grounded, sane, with aligned chakras and good in void meditation.

Kundalini Yoga is “a God thing” as it is said by HPS Maxine Dietrich and is very serious practice.

But hatha yoga is also very effective, but it’s good for creating stable ground for Kundalini, because Kundalini litterally gives bursts of energy.

In Kundalini is best to start from few rounds and gradually build up for more, because it stimulates center nervous system, so one not want to burn it out .

If you want to be precise and use the Indian definition of yoga instead of the modern Western one, I'll tell you that most of the forms of yoga that involve physical or breathing exercises are just variations of hatha yoga mixed with modern gymnastics.

Western people think yoga is just physical exercises, but only hatha yoga is. There is Bhakti Yoga which is devotion to a deity, Raja yoga, which is meditation and concentration, Karma Yoga which is ethical work and Jnana Yoga which has to do with knowledge and self-realization. Heck, in some Indian circles hatha yoga is considered so low level that they don't even mention it at all.

Example website that describes the other 4 yogas and doesn't even mention hatha yoga:

Hatha yoga is also not just physical exercises. The physical exercises are called "asana". Yoga involves asana, mantra, yantra, pranayama, mudra, bandha, dhyana (meditation) and maithuna. All 8 elements of the 8-fold path. Yoga literally means "union" and hatha relates to the Sun and Moon. The practice of hatha yoga bring polarities into balance and connection within yourself.
