Start working out, try to cut off habits that gives you a lot of dopamine, like tiktok, youtube shorts, sweets, etc..

Turn your phone off, turn off the wifi router, turn everything off, and than promise yourself that you won't turn them on for like hours, and in that time, think, meditate, do pranayama (especially alternate nasal breathing), and do yoga. Promise yourself that you won't eat in this hours just only drink WATER ( preferably cleaned water if you have ). Under "think" I mean, just sit down without any phone or anything and just think. Ask yourself question, and ask the why.
Did I eat this morning? What did I eat? Why did I eat that? Could I had eat something better?
Why am I watching that series? Is it beneficial for me to watch it?
Than if you are relaxed you can slowly start to void meditate. Try out meditations, like the flame meditation.
When you are meditate affirm yourself "I'm in power over my conscious and unconscious thoughts and actions." or something similar. Or "I'm at my fullest Satanic potential, I'm no longer lazy and weak", if I remember correctly, NakedPluto shared such affirmations.
Do this a few times a week, and than try to do a less hard routine DAILY.
Start to daily meditate on the second half of this month or the next month, or preferably where it says "slow, but lasting results" and you can start workings on days like "quick (but not lasting) results" where your goal is to manifest something fast but it does not have to last forever like your meditation routine, or like emotional healing working or anything alike.
Eat healthy, and just elaborating what workout you should do, obviously start small, like if you have a garden, run like two rounds or so. But even a "warm-up" could be a good workout, like stretch out your muscles, etc...
You need to live a completely other life to begin with, because your current habits makes you what you are now. You NEED to push your boundaries because otherwise they stay where they are now.
You can make yourself challenges. If you could complete the challenge give yourself credit, note it down, and if you could not, ask yourself, why couldn't I complete this challenge. Why couldn't I complete it? When and How to complete it next time?, etc..
Ideas for challenges:
5 minutes of void meditation
Cold bath
500 meters run
30 seconds of plank
(other workout challenges)
1 minutes of sat kriya (with proper warmup)
Drink 2 liter of water within 1 hour.
Not touching the phone for 1 hour
.
.
.
And than you can do it again with a greater number.
Try out the 3 second method, where you count to 3 and you execute whatever you need to do.
Try it out now.
Think of something that you should or could do now. Like take a bath, or do the dishes, or something. If you decided what you should do now, do not even think anything else, just count to 3 and do it NOW!
