A few hours after waking up, I feel a fog in my head and a feeling as if something is squeezing my head. This focuses on the forehead area.
I can't focus properly, especially when reading. Sometimes it's like I'm disconnected from the real world.
I'm afraid it will interfere with my meditation.
Also, I quickly start to want to sleep. And I literally never get enough sleep.
My sleep schedule is unstable. It has always been so.
I'll be glad of any advice on how to deal with my situation.
