Hello. I have a question regarding my spine and posture.
I guess I have scoliosis. I've had it for a VERY long time - I'm 12 now, and the curvature of my shoulders started around 7-8 years old. It seems to be better now, but there is still some way to go. But this fall, I noticed that I began to experience a painful “clicking” in my lower back on the left. A tubercle has appeared there, and I’m afraid that this might be a displacement of the pelvis (well, or what? But, probably, still the pelvis.) ... Please, give me some advice on how to get rid of scoliosis, this clicking in the lower back and alignment of the spine (I really don’t want to go to the surgeon to straighten it...).
Thank you in advance.
