Hello. I have a question regarding my spine and posture.
I guess I have scoliosis. I've had it for a VERY long time - I'm 12 now, and the curvature of my shoulders started around 7-8 years old. It seems to be better now, but there is still some way to go. But this fall, I noticed that I began to experience a painful “clicking” in my lower back on the left. A tubercle has appeared there, and I’m afraid that this might be a displacement of the pelvis (well, or what? But, probably, still the pelvis.) ... Please, give me some advice on how to get rid of scoliosis, this clicking in the lower back and alignment of the spine (I really don’t want to go to the surgeon to straighten it😨...).
Thank you in advance.

Doing yoga can help a lot with scoliosis. Also, you can start doing the ritual to Lord Valefor.

Also remember to have proper posture when sitting, try not to carry extra weight in your backpack when you go to school. And pay attention to the right shoes and to make sure that the position you sit in is adjusted to you (the chair must be adjusted to your height and the computer screen at the appropriate eye height).

I started noticing I had a non advanced type of scoliosis when I was around 14/15. Two different doctors told me that I couldn't have done nothing to "fix" it since my body was already a lot developed at that age (I reached 6ft height at around 15) so they suggested me to adjust my posture and to buy some shitty postural corrector that only serves (sometimes) to stop the scoliosis to advance. I had the fortune of having a very open minded father that promised me we would have fixed the problem together. I started going to the gym with him almost everyday focusing on shoulders and back exercises, in around half a year I could already see it changing for the better. Around six/seven months later I discovered yoga and added it to my gym program. Me and my father would do gym and yoga around 5 times a week.
I'm 18 now and I haven't stopped doing gym and yoga since then. I can assure you my problem totally disappeared. Start postural correction, gym and yoga and do it everyday (concentrate on maintaining perfect posture through all the day, this is very important ) and your problem will disappear too (or at least it will get better if it's a really bad scoliosis)
